I purchased my Volvo online (through another dealer as I work for an automotive company). We don't have a Volvo dealership in this market, and I had questions involving the setup of my Volvo ID. Sales consultant Seje Omieno at Dyer was excellent. He resolved that issue as well as thoroughly and professionally answered other questions I had. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from the dealership as none of the used cars fit my personal needs or price point, but I so badly wish I could've taken my business here. Out of all the dealerships I explored the team at Volvo was amazing. Super accommodating, patient and communicative. Big shout out to Chucky who was a team-player through and through!

I recently had an alternator replaced on my Lexus IS 250. When major car repairs take place, you get curious about other options.
I had several friends who raved about their own Volvo SUV in the past few years, I wanted to check out what's new and good this year.
I made an appointment with Chucky for 8/19/24 at 2 pm and everything was seamless from start to finish.
Car shopping can be intimidating; at the end of the day, you want to trust your car sales professional. Chucky did just that. He was patient with me and answered ALL of my questions and concerns.
Chucky was very knowledgeable and sold me on seriously considering the fully electric Volvo C40 Recharge Pure Electric Twin Ultimate.
I'd recommend Chucky to any and all of my friends for their next used or new vehicle purchase; especially if they are looking for a Volvo!
I have been looking for a second vehicle because I still have miles left on my current Lexus. When I'm ready, Chucky is the first person I'd call.
The overall showroom was spotless and well-lit. The sales team was friendly and even the service department team members were pleasant.
I was impressed with the seamless process of viewing a car, learning about the finance side from Chucky, and feeling confident that when I'm ready to make the leap, he's the one I'll call.

I have leased 6 XC90s and finally bought one. This place has the worst service department I have ever seen. They never have loaners and always take forever to do simple tasks. I brought my car in, told them the problem(found via google) and they said nothing was wrong... after 3 hours they came back and said the problem was the issue I reported. Now they can't give a time it will be done. I also noticed hidden fees in the purchase of the car that weren't discussed beforehand. I have had problems here in the past but ignored them because I like the XC90s a lot. Now I can't ignore the extremely poor customer service.
