One of the employees Xavier Thomas was so rude and unprofessional he kept asking for my number while i was getting my car fixed.. definitely never coming there again

Great communication! Surprising quality with my first visit. Was of course skeptical before first visit. Now I have used him for more than 10 years. Always a better outcome than expected.
I read a couple of other reviews and feel like these are likely the ones who take away a star for anything. That's all that is, seriously.

Very easy and comfortable to drop car and wait. Lyndric met me on time and the work was great. I’d recommend to anyone. Definitely try this before heading to a body shop.

100 % satisfaction. Lyndric Rowland is an excellent technician who has the knowledge and greatest energy to fix the dent and scratches on my car. He will tell you in advance how the work will be. I totally recommend him. Is hard to find a person who is passionate about his job. Here the pics, before and after ??

Terrible Terrible Company! I usually don't write a review. I purchased their protection plan with Curry Honda when I bought my car. Now I want to claim for a dent repair. I made an appointment with them between 10 am - 12 pm on March 22, 2022. I waited until 12:30 and the technician never showed up. I kept calling them. They keep saying someone will call me back. It never happened. I am wondering why this kind of company can still survive in the market. If you don't what to be cheated and waste your money, don't ever do your business with them.

I can't believe service could be this bad. My car was supposed to be ready today. I have been calling since this morning to find out when. I left 3 messages. The first time I got through, they told me they would call me back in 10 minutes. 1 hour later I call back. The same lady answered and put me on hold again. Another gentleman picked up to tell me my car is not ready. I told him that I wanted to speak to the original lady that guaranteed me my car would be ready today. After a 20 minute hold, I hung up and tried calling back and they have not answered since. It was incredibly difficult to do my job this week without a car and I planned my whole day around me picking up this car. I am at my office, which is an Uber ride away from the shop with no way home. I live pretty far away. At this point, I just need to know when my car will be ready tomorrow. I have an extremely crazy day. I have no idea how I'm gonna go without a car tomorrow. This is just not the way to treat a customer.
