Horrible as usual. Shorted pills (not a controlled substance) and they wanted to make it complicated to resolve. Place is always a madhouse of annoyed customers and overworked pharmacy techs. I’m fairly certain the overseeing pharmacist is either a mannequin or is just ready to pursue juggling as an alternative career.

I have been coming to this CVS Pharmacy for 10+ years and it is the first time that I have been able to go in, drop off a prescription and wait for 20 minutes for it to be filled. Normally it’s a long that I drop it and go home annd wait for them to text me it’s ready to be picked up and come back to get it.

Minute clinic apt at 11:50. I'm still waiting at 1pm and will likely have to leave. What's the purpose of an appointment ?

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. This particular location is so unbelievably poorly run with some of the rudest pharmacy technicians I have ever encountered in my life! Not to mention the fact that they just tried to rip me off by saying they had applied a coupon to my pharmacy order when they absolutely did not, because when I used the coupon that they should have used the actual pricing of my order was $35 less than what they were quoting me. The young Indian woman in the window with the glasses in the long dark hair is an absolute jerk. She was so unbelievably rude, and especially on Christmas Eve!? I just got off work and I am in customer service and I never treated one single person like this girl treated me today. If you don't want to be at work on Christmas Eve then don't work someplace that's open on Christmas Eve and stop being rude to people just because you're mad that you're making $7 an hour to stand in the cold window. I am definitely not getting my prescriptions refilled this location anymore no matter if I have to drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to the nearest Walgreens or another CVS location. Unbelievable! And might I add Merry Christmas!???????

I have been to this pharmacy twice now to fill a prescription and both experiences have been terrible. The first time, I dropped off a prescription and they said it would be ready by 3pm. I come back the NEXT day and they cannot find the prescription and there was no record of the medication being filled. Confused, I asked to just get back my original prescription I dropped off - that was also a problem. The second time, I received a confirmation text saying my prescription was ready for pick up. I came in the NEXT day (again) and they could not find me in their system. There seems to be a theme here.

I am a physician and I often write prescriptions and send my patients to CVS to fill them, however my recent experience at store 4504 gives me pause. I needed to fill an antibiotic script for myself (A NON CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE). I rushed to the pharmacy after a 12 hour shift to get to the pharmacy before it closed. The pharmacist Tommy Y. (he refused to give me his last name when I said I wanted to file a complaint, but of course the full name is on the door as you enter CVS) refused to fill the script because he said I was NOT allowed to fill my own antibiotic. I asked him to please verify because I know GA state guidelines fairly well and according to Georgia Medical Board Rule 360-03-.02, we are not to write for controlled substances (category I meds), but he said well, I don't think you should be able to write antibiotics for yourself. Mind you, my colleague had tried to call several times, but kept getting disconnected, as did I when trying to use the automated service, or talk to someone. These antibiotics were important for me to begin immediately, and being a physician I understand how overworked the ER docs are already and was not going to stress an already stressed ER system just to get antibiotics, so I went elsewhere. He truly needs to be educated on the rules because he is clearly ignorant to GA state rules, which then begs the question, what else is he ignorant to. This seems very unsafe. I am going to be sure to share my experience with ALL of colleagues.

Tommy in the Pharmacy department was very rude and difficult for me and my insurance carrier to work with. He did not take the time to research my coverage, listen to me, the customer, or explain the the communication between himself and my insurance company or my son's perception dosage limits. I was well within my dosage limit yet he wanted to shorten the dosages without further research. He argued with my insurance company and was more concerned about being right than providing excellent customer care. There was no apology even after he was proven wrong. If these were my prescriptions, I wouldn't care much. But these medications are for my sick son!!! SHOW SOME COMPASSION FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist was so rude and told me to go to another pharmacy because they was backed up. Customer Service was horrible. Tommy was the pharmacist he had me wait for 30 min to give me one pill for my blood pressure somebody needs to report this pharmacy the one star really is a zero

Worst pharmacy service anywhere in Atlanta. They don't keep their hours of service. They don't respond to phone. They don't seem to care that they are really bad at what they do.

I came in to get my refill, and they couldn't find me in the system. After arguing that I've been going through here my whole life they find my prescription. but then wouldn't give me my ringworm medication, do they think I'm going to make meth with it or something?! I'm literally covered in this rash and they wouldn't help me. Trash service

Manager Nayfin seriously goes above and beyond in customer service. I live about 5 min or less from here and every time I go and she's working she's always super welcoming and best part, more importantly, is that she makes sure I get all my discounts!!!! Including extra bucks and coupons. She makes me feel like she really cares that I'm saving as much as possible and that kind of service is hard to come by now a days. 5 stars for her!! She's a keeper Also this location is OPEN 24 HOURS!!!!

I like this CVS location. There's never much traffic in the parking lot so its easy to get in and out of and the employees in the pharmacy drive-thru are always super helpful. The store is typically well stocked so its easy to get the things that I need and they have self check out so i'm never waiting in line too long. The only con is that sometimes there are homeless people lingering in the parking lot so I try to always be aware of my surroundings when getting in and out of my car (which one should do anyway). I also do not visit this location after nightfall.

Danielle was the one who performed my Covid test. She was kind and informative and made me feel at ease in a sort of stressful situation. Thank you so much for your help and being informative about the process.
