Not happy...leased a vehicle and when they submitted the paperwork to the state, they used a PO Box in CA as my address so now I can't get my tabs without taking a day off to go to the DMV and jump through hoops to prove my actual address. This is my second and last vehicle with the dealership. The service department is okay but you have to prove what is included with your lease agreement in order for them to do anything without charging you for it...they can't look it up. I need a dealership that I don't have to jump through hoops for

I will not be returning to this Honda dealership. Went in for an oil change and the advisor mentioned I may need to add on some other services because of mileage, I told the advisor to write everything up so I could see pricing and issues before adding anything on. Advisor added on additional services without approval and said it was a miscommunication and that I had agreed to them. Told me I had almost $3K of repairs that needed to be made. One of the repairs was breaks even though my breaks were replaced in December. Pay attention because they are looking to scam people who are busy or seem like they aren’t as knowledgeable about cars.

PSA- avoid Curry Honda!
This is Laurie Hobbs posting this review.
As a long time Honda driver who lives in the Briarlake community, Curry is most convenient to have Recalls addressed. However, I’d recommend driving any distance to avoid Curry. I brought my car in for 3 recalls— again, Recalls, Honda mistakes!! While my car was being serviced I received a text that my car needed 5 additional repairs totaling $3k… The service advisor was very helpful and responsive until I asked for pictures of the needed repairs. Then it was crickets!!! Couldn’t get him to answer calls or texts after asking for proof.!!!
Total and utter scam!! All the scam-stories and warnings are true!! Really disappointed and disgusted! Such a shame that Curry falls into the stereotype of dishonesty, corruption and sheer abuse of women in the car dealership industry. Shameful!!
Took my car to a local Honda shop and nothing was wrong with my car!! Shameful!!!

This review is based on my recent experience with the new car sales department. I arrived for my appointment with Reed to test drive a vehicle that was initially MIA but was finally located. Reed told me that another salesperson had hidden the car so no one else would sell it. We walked out to the car. The car was very dirty. You would have thought they would have cleaned it as we did have an appointment. The test drive consisted of a very short drive around the block with top speeds of 25-30 mph. Also, Reed was on his phone handling personal matters during the test drive. Made it back to the lot and talked about the car. We seemed to know more about the car than he did. Go back inside (to the war room) and I ask for his best price and advised him that we had another appointment with another dealership that afternoon. Prior to him getting me a number, he told me they had already promised this car to another customer. He came back with a number and I asked, this is your best number? I stood up to leave with the paper with the numbers and he snatched it out of my hand. He said he'd go back and talk to sales manager. I had my family with me and we all walked out. The sales manager, Mr. Dominick, came out to the parking lot as we were backing out saying he could take off a thousand dollars. We said, no thanks and left. What a bunch of shady folks. I would never want to do business with these people. Among other issues, they have no moral code. They promise a car to someone, then try to sell it. Whether that was true or just games is unknown, but regardless, why would you say that to a customer?
Buyer beware!!
I will say this. We bought a car from them back in 1998 and had a great experience. I will never go there again.

Disappointing service experience at Curry Honda today. I brought the car in and described an issue when the car starts. Suggested the team wait a couple of hours and then try starting the car to hear what I was talking about. Instead of actually inspecting the issue, all they did was test the battery when I arrived, and then again later, and told me that battery needs replacement. Ive replaced the battery, the problem persists, and a 30-second test at autozone shows that the issue is something else entirely.
The service team was not thorough and didn’t even perform the quickest tests to understand the issue. Ive wasted time and money replacing the battery somewhat prematurely. Two stars because they worked quickly enough and provided an uber ride when I dropped off the car

I bought a new car from this dealership and worked with Jennie Huang. She took excellent care of me from start to finish. Jennie worked back and forth with me to find the car I wanted and made me feel valued. She went above and beyond, even taking my old car to the service center for me! Jennie was friendly and super helpful, and I never felt pressured, which is priceless. This is how a car buying experience should be! I also worked with Sanober and she clearly explained everything and helped me feel confident in my warranty choice, and she was very nice to chat with. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful. I will be buying my next car from Curry!
I happily get my oil changes at Curry Honda and they always perform the work quickly and correctly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with top-notch wi-fi. I also worked with Jacob at the collision center when I was in a car accident, and he was an excellent communicator, updating me on the status of my vehicle regularly and keeping me up to date. I highly recommend taking your car to Curry for anything and everything. I'm a very happy loyal customer for life!

Currently back again… I brought my civic in for an oil change on 8/3/24 and wound up with no functioning break lights. I’m not one to believe in coincidences, but I did give them the benefit of the doubt and brought my car back on 8/5/24 at 8:15am and agreed to have my front break pads replaced and front rotors resurfaced because I knew that was on the to do list, and after shopping around several places near here, Curry had the best pricing. I picked my my car around 12:30 to drive off the lot with breaks that still squeak like they did when I brought it in. I am quickly losing confidence and feel like I’m being bamboozled. Hoping to update this review with a satisfactory resolution, but as of right now I’m a bit concerned for my own safety.
Update: 08/08/2024- I brought my car in this morning and was promised a rental. I dropped my car off after I went to the gym, and I don’t bring my debit card when I go to the gym. Nobody mentioned me having to provide a debit card for this rental and a $50 deposit, so hopefully someone reads this and isn’t stuck in my current situation. I’m just chillin at Enterprise waiting on someone to return a message or email…

If possible would avoid Roman. She is a service representative. She dismissed a lot of my requests and doesn’t care to look into problems that I had. They overcharge on most of the servicing items and seems like they don’t care for their customers.

I can’t speak for the sales department, but my service experience was absolutely horrible. My car broke down on the highway and the nearest Honda they could take it was here. We utilized the overnight drop box and left the car. The next day, I had received no call or follow-up about my car. I called around 1pm and at this point they did not even know my car was there. My father works at a reputable Honda, so I know someone should be checking the overnight box each morning. First red flag. Then, despite being stranded on the road, all they did was clean the gas tank. They called me and said it was ready to take it home. I asked ROMAN if the car was safe to drive and she told me “Of course.” She said that I did not tell her that lights were on in the car. Primarily, I did. And second, did no one crank the car up and look at the dashboard? Someone must have to get it from the overnight parking space to the service lane? No one saw the engine and battery light on? Instead they somehow determined that cleaning the gas tank was the solution? The minute I drove the car away something was wrong. My car was shaking. So CURRY HONDA let me drive off the lot in an unsafe car where I could have lost my life. Thankfully because it was so obvious that this was a horrible dealership I took my Honda for service at the lovely GWINNETT PLACE HONDA where they found that my alternator was out because of an oil leak right above it. In addition there was a problem with my V-Belt. So CURRY HONDA stole my money and sent me on my merry way with 3 significant issues to my car. I would never recommend CURRY HONDA to anyone. ZERO out of ten. I’m horrified by my experience as I have been going to Honda’s for years and I cannot say that this is Honda standard.

Rick Zarpentine is my go to person at Curry Honda. He is candid in clearly sharing what work needs to be done, diligent in his communication, and friendly. Highly recommend Rick and the Curry Honda team.

Our recent experience at the Honda Chamblee location was very satisfying. Mr. Hollis, our sales consultant handled our transaction with prompt and professional attention . Ditto for Mr. Ballard, the finance manager.

I tried to purchase a car here twice. The first time, the managers sold the car i had just test drove in the middle of my boyfriend and i doing the application. The second time i decided not to go in to the office but rather do the financial application online and the same sales rep BRENDA MAYO had me waiting four days to process my application. She completely put me on the back burner for days. Terrible service. Don’t buy here.
