I didn't catch his name but he was not helpful and trying to explain things that were not relevant to my question. He also made me extremely uncomfortable so I almost called for his manager. Don't recommend stopping by so I went to another branch in the end.

Informant people especially the Asian guy with glasses. A true prick. Why would you tell me to drive to another Chase location because you didn't want to help me ? Or because your incompetence? I asked can you verify there is a manager before I drive to other one and he laughed and said he couldn't. When I get to the next location he rudely recommended they also had no manager, but they magically were able to call another location for me to confirm where a branch manager was located nearby.

Pointless location because it’s not full service! Went to get a cashiers check and she requested a form to take to the back. The other Chase on Peachtree is way better

Great branch! I made a deposit at the machine and did a wire transfer after that. Everything went excellent! Highly recommend bank branch!

Horrible. I put over $100,000 into a managed stock brokerage account and it plummeted to $70,000 in 6 months. The first two officers assigned to be my “advisers” quit and when I couldn’t reach the second one someone finally said he no longer worked for JPMORGAN. The woman who was last in line seemed afraid of being sued because I am an attorney and would not give me any advice on stocks to buy or sell. Her desk was always empty and I got the impression she watched sales videos all day. When I finally liquidated my accounts (1 self directed) she asked to be reassigned when I asked for a form the men on the phone said I needed to fill in before they could put the stock sales proceeds into my regular checking account! She also took offense that I “double dipped” by asking her for help after seeking guidance from the trading customer service rep!

POOR customer service! I came in to open an acct and told the greeter what the issue was when I was attempting to open the account online. Her questioning was lowkey condescending and for the most part unnecessary. Finally a banker comes out to "listen" to what was going on but he stood off with his hands in his pockets like he was irritated. He takes me into his office at 9:35 to look at my information only to tell me he couldn't help me bc he had an appt at 10. I wanted to simply open an acct but they, for some unknown reason, take 45mins to open a personal acct! I have everything ready to go and could have been well on my way by the time or before his appt arrived. It takes them that long bc they have a lackluster attitude and no sense of urgency. They basically threw my business out so I gathered my stuff and left! Horrible experience!

Don’t go here for an appointment or if you have kids. My kids were just denied access to the bathrooms because they are employees only. One had an accident in the parking lot and one made it to across the street. TERRIBLE customer service.

Correct your hours - you are NOT open on Saturday's. How do I know this? Because I drove over there needing to do business .... How hard is it to present yourself correctly to your clients

I called customer service and asked for locations to get something notarized at the bank since I'm a member. I was told a location close to me I went to that branch and they said they don't have a notary so that was a complete waist of time and gas. Can't even get good information from customer service and you can hardly reach the branch itself. That's terrible

If you are looking for a new account and setting up a bank account. Dont worry about this bank. Apparently they have enough. We walked in to get an account. New customer. Oh you will need to make an appointment. Not on this subject. Outside of 3 employees we were the only ones in the building. Its really good at this day an age a company doesnt need new customers.

Great location. There is typically no line in the drive through atm so I'm always able to complete my transactions quickly.The biggest pain point is leaving. Its impossible to make a left out of here because theres so much traffic on Ashford dunwoody and peachtree.
