Absurd for these wonderful establishments to dump trash in an already overflowing dumpster. The entitlement that has developed here in Chamblee has become irredeemable. This entire plaza has gone down the drain.

Very modern, expansive facility which is designed beautifully. As far as the purpose of the CCH, I question government authorities given corruption in the American justice system which has no sign of changing soon…

Chamblee is really exploding and you can find just about everything from restaurants, tons of apartments, homes and automobile row. Live the "city life" without feeling like you are in the city. This is a cool little section of the city.

A small pocket park at adjacent to City Hall. Just large enough to eat your lunch out on a picnic table or bench and spend some quiet time away from the office. There is a covered gazebo and a town square in the middle. This is usually the location the the Chamblee Summer Concert Series.

I love living in Chamblee. We are inside the perimeter, Close to everything. Great Marta access. I can walk to the grocery, a coffee Shop, a barber, several restaurants, the movie theater. My neighborhood is a park like setting. We have great schools. My neighbors are great and I bought my home for $88,000.00. I enjoy my life Style. We have a great quality of life and we are not house poor.

I wrote this review and then deleted it because it was a Chambles. Along with Doraville, this is the heart and soul of Chinatown Atlanta. Especially the Chinatown Food Court which is full of gems like a Chongqing and Tsingtao. It was built as a "new Chinatown", where the area is constructed before the Asians move in, as opposed to the older, natural Chinatowns which sprung up in a more organic way (to quite hipsters). Full list of ATL food recs: - Get a Gyro at Nick's Greek To Go. - Ghetto Burger from Ann's Snack Bar - Fish Tacos at El Rey Del Taco - Brown Butter Gelato from Honeysuckle in the market - Bakery treats from Sweet Hut - Brown Sugar Milk Tea from Snowflake - Chongqing in Chamblee for Cumin Lamb w/handmade noodle' - Tsingtao next to it for Lamb Cumin Sticks - Flavors of Chicago, Lucky Dog, Chicago Delights for Chi-dogs Chamblee is an absolutely wonderful little area that is highly underrated. Whenever I'm in town I head straight over here for some of the deliciousness they have on offer. It's a chame that most ATL Yelpers don't know about these places.

I've gone into Chamblee city hall many times to have documents notarized. They are always so kind and accommodating, even when they're super busy

I've been living in Chamblee for almost a year and upon first glance, this place doesn't make one's heart go pitter-patter. But on closer inspection, you will see why I love this area so much. Chamblee is right inside the perimeter, so there is that. If you need to go in-town, you can do this without having to deal with the notoriety that is I-285. Don't get me wrong, as you're not in the home stretch just because you get to avoid that clusterf***, oh no. There will be plenty of other horrid traffic situations to deal with. But hey, take the pluses where you can. Like Adrian C. mentioned a few months ago, Chamblee is indeed in a very "central" location. This statement is obviously subjective, but for me, it is extremely convenient to the places that I go. When you consider that I used to live in Duluth, going to Dunwoody (hello, Perimeter Mall and Alon's!!), Midtown, Decatur, and Buford Highway has become almost a breeze. Brookhaven and Buckhead are next door and heading to Gwinnett is quite simple. I'm Asian (not hard to guess if you look at my photo), so I have an affinity to Asian grocery stores. I used to have this fascination with living in-town, maybe in a cool neighborhood like Inman Park or Cabbagetown, but after getting used to having H Mart, Assi, And Great Wall so close to home before (on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth), Chamblee gives me what I want with the only ITP H Mart. It has its ups and downs, but these are the tradeoffs one makes to live closer to the city and I make them with a smile. You can see my review for H Mart here: Antique Row, which is more or less the downtown area, is slowly growing. I think a new restaurant will open shortly (EDIT: Southbound has been open a few weeks and is serving up lunch for the time being) and the few eateries in the area are unique and good. I am a huge fan of Zen Tea and the Frosty Caboose, which are on Peachtree Road, by the Chamblee MARTA station. I have yet to check out the actual antique shops but from what I hear, there are treasures to be found! Find a lazy weekend day and spend your day in this cute district. How could I forget? There's also the Atlanta Chinatown Square, where you can go to Dinho Market for groceries, stop by the food court for some hand-pulled noodles at Lan Zhou and hot pot at Chong Qing Hot Pot, or grab dim sum at Oriental Pearl Restaurant. This may be the next up-and-coming area... Come live what I live!

Chamblee is cute, quiet, and sleepy! Don't get me wrong; there are quite a bit of things to do here in Chamblee but don't expect to do most of these things past 10PM because that's when everything closes. Chamblee is probably most noted for being nestled between Norcross, Dunwoody, and Brookhaven. Chamblee is home of Chamblee a high school and has a nice residential section.
