Drove my buddy from Rome, Ga to Chamblee, Ga, (1.5 hr one way) for his 2pm seamless appointment to pick up his car. When we were almost there, they called to say they couldn't find the car. Considering they confirmed the car was here the day before, yeah what a joke. After some back and forth, they were going to try and get him another car. When we arrived they told us they magically found the vehicle, you know the one that was "already here". It was over a hour away at another location and would "hopefully" be here by 6pm. If you are shopping for a car and their advertised "quick and easy" experience sounds good. Just know it's not, it's painful, slow, dishonest, and a joke.

The whole process was very easy with electronic signing and direct deposit. The carvana representative was super nice to deal with and the drop off took 15 min as posted.

I'm selling my car to Carvana, gave their automated service my info and everything was going smooth. The pick up date for my car was set and the driver never showed up! I took vacation for this because I needed to be here for the driver per Carvana's instructions. I was never notified by the automated service OR the driver that Carvana changed the pick up date. I lost money missing work because of Carvana and still have not been able to get a rep on the phone from 3 different locations. This is the worst experience I have ever had selling a car and because of the delay, I won't get my money on-time and will have to postpone the pick up of my new car. I'm not sure how Carvana could've screwed this agreement up anymore. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR TIME!!! I'm still waiting for a call back and now waiting on the chat for a rep to reply

This has been the most negative car buying experience I've ever had. After delaying my truck twice for a total of 2 weeks I ended up having to cancel my order as I don't feel I can trust this company to do anything right.

I was expecting my vehicle today between 1400-1700. Received a text at 1258 that they were having issues. Here it is 1933 and I have not received a call/ text or my vehicle. Chamblee hub sucks and don't answer calls. Bianca from this location please find another job.

Take note on how many 1 star reviews carvana has. You'd get a better car from a buy here pay here lot and you'd receive better customer service from a random sloth. Facts. Carvana needs to go out of business

Terrible experience from beginning to end. It deserves a zero. The customer service was terrible from the moment I picked up the vehicle. Check engine light came on immediately after pulling out the lot. Their warranty provider said there was $5000 worth of repairs needed. They said it took 10-15 business days to process a return of the vehicle but I could exchange it for another vehicle in one day. How convenient? Avoid this company at all cost!!!!

Absolutely the WORST car buying experience of my life!!! I bought this car March 24th. I was rescheduled 5 (FIVE) TIMES! On the 2nd of April they rescheduled me until the 11th to have ample time to replace the windshield. Today, delivery day #5 they say it was not fixed and would be delivered Saturday. They had 9 days to fix the windshield. NINE DAYS!!! So I said bring me my car NOW which has been insured since March 24th. They are literally a law suit waiting to happen! In the near future I see a class action law suite against them for a multitude of reasons from reading the reviews (which I should have done beforehand). Buyer Beware. Proceed with cation.

My appointment started a few minutes late. However, Daniel's help, professionalism, and kindness turned it all around. He made the process quick and had me out with a check in hand for my trade-in. I'm very pleased with my experience.

We paid CASH for a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle 4D Minivan from this absolutely pathetic company called Carvana. They told us they would deliver it to our home on a certain day. Two hours before they were supposed to deliver it they called us and said they couldn’t deliver it that we needed to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick it up. We had to cancel a huge anniversary party because of this. We drove up there and had one of the people at Carvana show me how to use the Park Assist. while doing so he damaged my van. We had to leave it with them to repair it. They told us like a week and a half later that they were going to deliver it. Again, at the last minute, they said they couldn’t deliver it, saying my vehicle had not been completely repaired. These people lie, cheat and steal! I would not refer them to my worst enemy! Please avoid these people like the plague! Do not believe a single word that comes out of their mouth. They will say, and do whatever it takes to make a buck.
