“Five star experience at Enterprise Atlanta Buckhead (Piedmont Rd). When I turned up at 9am on the day, there were a couple of people ahead but I was acknowledged and attended to pretty promptly. Discovered that (i) I had made the reservation incorrectly for the next day and (ii) I needed my passport which I didn't realise. The team were super kind to give me a lift to my hotel around the corner to pick up my passport and back. While I was gone they found me an alternative vehicle. Everything was sorted within 25mins.
The return experience was stellar too. Was back at 4.15pm and in a rush so didn't managed to refuel. Again the office was busy with a few people ahead and coming in. Excellent teamwork as car was checked while another person spoke with me and sorted the admin/refueling charge within 10min. Thanks Angelica, Xavier, Jasen and team!”

“Well, I've been an Enterprise customer for many years and to be honest, I had not been back due to prices and just not feeling I was being treated as before. Yesterday that all changed. Topher Marshall really took care of us! We arrived a few minutes before closing around 1:45 when the close at 2:00. He took care of several customers way after 2:00 and was the most helpful of service representatives I've had in years! “I wanted to take a moment to recognize the Manager and her staff on the memorial drive. I was called by the Greenville Blvd location and was very disappointed with the service I received so I decided to go to another location. The manager insured me that she would call the adjuster and get me in a car right away. Something that the Greenville BLVD location stated that they could not do. Que was the young lady that helped me and she was amazing. Keep up the great work and I will choose this location for all my rental car needs. Greenville Blvd needs some additional training tho.”
“With a reservation this was a super quick and easy transaction. You lose a star because you charge crazy fees if one is not careful. I did not have to pay any fees, only because I asked about your fees and why I'd be charged fees, making my reservation around my schedule and your fees.”

“Visiting Atlanta from Seattle. The team at the Sixt on Peachtree was amazing. Cherrett, in particular, was great. She not only helped me pick the right car but also went the extra mile to recommend some places for me to go and things to do while I’m visiting.
Also, the first car I got had an issue with the Bluetooth. The team without hesitation helped me get in a different vehicle that worked perfectly.

We are living in a time where the type of service you experience hinges on the color of your skin and/or your financial status. It is sad, but nonetheless a harsh reality.
