I called and Sam had to call me back. He even texted the address and my appointment was flexible which I humbly appreciate. “I did a quote with Auto Glass Atlanta, they were quick to reply and informative with me. Auto Glass Atlanta sent a technician out and he showed up at exactly the time he said he would, told me it would be about an hour to install and it was right at an hour minus the new wiper blade he helped me install, go ahead and try to find another company with a better quote and professionalism at the company and tech that came out to my house, I paid what I was quoted with no hidden fees unlike another known company who quoted me a price the added in a delivery fee and mobile fee glass disposal and a few other fees I can't remember and total price was $ 350 more than quoted. The windshield Auto Glass Atlanta installed isn't OEM but from my opinion and view it seems to be a better quality and design than factory.Don't mind the missing rear view mirror on the picture I broke it”

“I wish I could give D & I TEN stars! They could not have done a better job getting my dream truck back to PERFECT after it was broken into. They’re friendly and personable, communicated clearly, made everything as easy as it could have been and the quality of their work is AMAZING! How long did it take? I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up 4 days later on Thursday afternoon! This was a shock because I planned on having to wait a while for them to get some hard-to-find parts. They also did a fantastic job on my window tint that needed to be replaced, making sure that both windows matched perfectly. There is a really good reason that this shop is in the top 3 of the most highly rated shops in Atlanta. In fact, their customer service put the other “most highly rated shops” to shame. D & I is also a local business and not part of some national chain. This means owners who are present, hands on and personally stand behind the excellent work they do.I can tell you this, NO ONE will ever touch any vehicle I own if I need paint, bodywork, glass repair, wheel repair, window tinting, vehicle wraps, stereo/speakers or custom body parts installed. “A&S is incredible! After a small crash, I spent all day calling around town but couldn’t get in touch with anyone—except A&S. They got back to me right away, were completely honest about the repair options, and had me bring my car in immediately. After assessing the damage, they gave me the choice of having their bodywork guy fix it or replacing the part entirely. I asked if they could fix it to save me the cost of a new part, but told them I’d be willing to pay if it was necessary. They estimated one to two weeks for the repair, but in just 5 days, I picked up my car. They did an amazing job on my bumper without needing to replace the part. You can’t even tell it was damaged! I will definitely be coming back here. Honest, skilled people—thank you!”

“Last month, my wife was driving our 13 years old Toyota and had a run in with a deer. It accrued some front end damage. Our insurance company referred us to Caliber Collison @ Holcomb Bridge Road as it is one of the in-network repair shop. I was skeptical at first. I have delt with quite a few repair shops during my years and is cautious optimistic at best with most of them. After the initial paper work and arrangement was made, I met Richard, who will be my case manager. He is professional, cordial, and knowledgeable. After I dropped off the car, he kept me updated on the progress of the repair, parts that needed replace/repair, and estimate date of completion. The car was done and picked up one day earlier then projected date. It looked like nothing had happened to it. There are tell tale signs like new headlight on one side and fresh plastic grill. They tried to blend/match the replacement fender/pin strips color as close as possible to the rest of the body and have done a fine job. After I took the car home, I found two mini issues. I called Richard, and he told me to drop by the shop the same day to look at it. The electric short was fixed shortly while waiting. The missing trim piece was ordered.
This repair episode is by far the most painless one I have encountered. This Caliber Collison Center did a fine job on my car repair. I highly recommend this shop for auto repair.

They walked me through different types of firms and the benefits of tinted windows. “Great job and fast service. My truck was vandalized on Friday afternoon, and I was scheduled to leave for a trip on Sunday morning. The insurance company lined up someone who was supposed to repair it for me on Saturday, but they texted and said they couldn't come, put me in a real bind.
