Rick Case Hyundai of Roswell uses them as their body shop - completely incompetent. Locked my keys in my brand new 2024 Santa Fe and broke into it and caused a ton of damage as a result. Got a notification that someone had triggered my car alarm so I called them and they failed to mention they forcibly entered the car. Got car back and entire door panel is scratched up and damaged. It also seems like the front bumper was bumped into something. Do not go here unless you want MORE damage

I have worked on auto damage claims with just about every shop in north Georgia for thirty plus years in the claims business and this is one of the best collision repair shops in Georgia. They have highly skilled techs, the latest equipment and materials and most of all the best and kindest staff I have had the pleasure to work with. They will always be honest with you and never overcharge you.

Verdict is still out on this company. I was mistreated by one of the workers Ray when I had to take the car back due to seeing a small lift on my driver side of the trunk. I was told that I damaged my trunk to my 2023 Toyota Corolla a month after they fixed it but there is NO physical damage to the trunk just looks as if it wasn’t properly mounted. I was so disgusted with Ray and Toyota Stone Mountain where I thought Ray was employed because that’s who I dropped my vehicle off to be repaired by and he was representing Toyota. No one ever gave me budgets information for me to reach out but sis say after my BBB complaint that budget was liable. I googled budget and spoke to Mickey. After speaking to Mickey I felt more at ease. Mickey offered to look at it and see what he could do for me. Something Toyota not Ray ever did or said. It was just NO and it’s your fault go back through the insurance company. A SCAM for more money when they just paid you 5,000 to fix the trunk 2 months ago smh. I am going to give Budget and Mickey a chance to do what’s right then I’ll update my review.

I've used Budget multiple times over the years (sadly!). Have always had a great experience. James and crew are friendly, responsive, and honest. This most recent time, James hand-held me through an extended delay in getting the needed parts (thanks to the recent auto strike). Once they were in, he contacted me immediately and installed them while I waited. Work is, as usual, immaculate. An honest body shop is hard to find, and this is one of them. Highest recommendation.

Got quoted over 3000 dollars for this scratch on my Hyundai Elantra on 7/31. Looking at the quote they tried to quote me for so much unnecessary work that ended up being over two pages long. I knew immediately it was a scam and these guys aren’t trustworthy at all.Ultimately went through insurance and got a approved GEICO body shop to look at my car and they quoted me 650 bucks for the same scratch.Got it fixed from them and glad I didn’t go to these scammers at budget auto painting.
