I called and was told $50 for interior and exterior detailing. I got there and they saw a Tesla so they wanted to charge $150. I told them what I was told over the phone and they said “oh, he’s getting the platinum package” as if it was some secret code for a low price for the same work. It took 2 hours to finish the car as they kept going to work on other cars at the same time. They kept missing areas such as finishing the outside and starting the inside without wiping one side mirror. I had to just wipe it myself before it dried and left water spots. He saw a few short hairs in the carpet and said he has to charge more for pet damage, although it did not contribute to any additional work. I accepted the additional charge and simply did not tip. I was planning to tip anyway despite the insane wait time and poor quality work but the tactics to charge more led me to just go with the flow instead of arguing and then just giving them exactly what they asked for.

First timer. As a former handcar wash owner I’m overly particular. I’ve been looking for a hand wash to bring in my Corvette. These guys are pros. Let me use my own mitts. Wheels and fender wells properly cleaned- even used a hand towel on the calipers! Book car wash appointment online-reasonable pricing. Thanks Brandon. You earned a new customer

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They can get stains out your seat and steam mold out your carpets. Every time I get my car serviced here it looks like I’m walking away with a brand new car!! They take their time cleaning your car (even in this Georgia summer heat!!) and give it some TLC. I’m always a satisfied customer here!
