my sister worked at this location. i met every one of her coworkers and each one had welcomed me with open arms. up until today, my sister called my mom to pick her up not even two hours into her shift. we were told that the manager said that she never does her job when she was helping another employee up front at the register. it’s a shame that an old man can’t control his temper with a 17 year old girl, a MINOR!!! so disappointed won’t be back here ??

Don't sleep on big lots, they shocked the hell out of me with the store selection. Make those isles bigger in the front of the store is my only complaint.

Theyre offering 20% off for just filling out their shoppers reward card!! I got instant $6 off PLUS they have this round up your change for charity policy (.40 cents) & receive a $5.00 off coupon on your next store purchase! The cashier was so nice & very helpful with sharing all these options that meant extra $$ for me!! Highly recommend!

Me and my daughter came in to shop for a Christmas tree and we had a wonderful experience. Marvin was wonderful from the moment we encountered him. As my baby looked like she was falling from the buggy and he ran to save her but realized I was present.They didn’t have the tree we wanted in a box so he offered to remove the display and sell it to us. Marvin even wrapped the tree in a bag and packed it into my car for me.My daughter was also asking for a toy but I told her not today and as we were walking out he gave her the toy and said “Merry Christmas”. She was super happy which of course made me happy. The little but very impactful things, Marvin is the BEST and his customer service is awesome.

Big Lots is fun shopping for me. I can save money there, find fun gifts and home decor, and even shop for furniture. I like the prices and the clearance deals. Pretty decent quality goods, too. If you haven’t been in awhile - go check it out. It’s great retail therapy.
