Love the choices. Sometimes it's hard to get good service. I've left going here since I was a child. It brings warm, fuzzy feelings.

The store was extremely clean including the restrooms the ice cream was fresh the helpers were well educated and more than happy to answer any questions it was a very pleasant experience the ice cream was incredible

Bad for business to close the store down early. Came to buy my child a sundae and they weren’t serving sundae’s. They put all the wet toppings away before 8:50 so they could walk out at 9pm.not to mention all of the ice that was out excluding about 8 flavors that were not available; were the last corners of the ice cream barrel. Unprofessional if you ask me.

I ordered a special Mariokart birthday cake for my son’s 13th birthday. Immediately after ordering I was contacted by the store and informed that they did not have the toy for the design but that they could still make the cake. I was told that the cost of the toy would be refunded to me. This was never refunded. In addition the cake that I received barely resembled the cake that is advertised on the website. Upon noticing this I called the store and was told that I would have to call back in the morning to speak to a manager. Subsequently, I called the store 4 times asking for the manger and was hung up on each time. This store has a documented history of defrauding consumers and being excessively rude and disrespectful to its customers.Update:I received this response from Baskin-Robbins headquarters but no one has rectified the situation.Hello C,Thank you for taking the time to contact Baskin-Robbins.We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at the Baskin-Robbins restaurant in Chamblee, GA. Do not order a cake here. Had a cake ordered for our pride month friends party and they completely deleted the order. Didn’t give money back, didn’t make the cake, just gave us a smaller one in place and said have a good day.

The coward that spoke very little English that just answered the phone and hung up on me about a possible DoorDash order needs to be fired. Zero costumer service at this location. That’s not how you run a business.

Definitely check your order before you drive off especially at night. I ordered chocolate chip ice cream and was given cookies and cream which I do not like. I didn’t realize it until I got home and to top it off it was melting and I only live 10 minutes away. I would’ve taken it back if the traffic wasn’t so bad tonight. However I won’t be back. The service gets worst every year.

I ordered a peppermint cocoa milkshake, the person helping though the drive thru was super unfriendly and the milkshake is essential a peppermint milk. Worst milkshake (I am not sure I can even call it a milkshake) I have ever had.

It's 9:10 and the front door is locked, people inside. Posted hours on the door and online say they close at 10:00. SHAME!
