The teller was rude today and was not listening to what I was saying. I won't be coming back to this location agin. Will have to close my accounts with them soon.

I came for the ATM which was location on the outside of the building. For additional security, I think it would have been better to have it behind the door instead of risking somebody peaking over your shoulder while inputting your pin. Nonetheless, I was still able to accomplish my tasks and would probably still come again.

1 Teller for 10+ people is ridiculous .Seems like its BofA new thing . Our Time is not worth anything to them I guess . Happens at most of their locations.

Apparently no one answers the phone at this branch. I have been trying to verify a check for the last 45 minutes.Customer service is obviously not a priority.

Atrocious bank management is the hallmark of this location. One lone poor teller soul is responsible for handling a long line of customers while the manager and other bank employees chat aimlessly. Management should be competent enough to move resources or pitch in themselves to help out at the tellers when the customer need arises

Everytime I come here their is always only one teller. You need more then one teller when you have more then 20 ppl waiting for at least 30 min each time you come hereUpdate: still only one teller been in line for more then 30 min on one single person helped! This place needs serious help. I'm watching a person on their phone not doing anything at all

B of A online? Fantastic! The branch? Seems like there is always just one teller with 8 people in line. Merrill Investments? Not impressed at all after making a substantial deposit. I was unable to reach anyone via the 1-877 number, a call that is required to activate the account, after being on hold for a total of four hours over four days. I had to go back to the branch to get the rep to have them call me. A rather tortuous process for a supposedly “Platinum” customer. Other banks for the same process? Never more than a couple of minutes on hold. Merrill seriously needs to up their game.

B of A online? Fantastic! The branch? Seems like there is always just one teller with 8 people in line. Merrill Investments? Worthless! I opened an account and 4 days later, I am not able to connect with anyone via the 877 number. Therefore, I'm pulling a very large sum of money and reallocating to another company, one that answers the phone. However, I think this review is a waste of time - it's very clear by reading the other reviews that B of A doesn't care what their customers think.

Been with BAC for 40 years. This is the worst Branch ever. No matter when you go to the lobby, there is never more than one teller. All the offices are devoid of employees for personal service. When commenting to a Lobby meet & greet employee that they needed more employees, was told they have plenty. Sure weren't any visible as the waiting & lobby seating area were full of unhappy clients. All other banks are open 8-5, but not this one, they are 10am to 4pm. Six hour work day, how nice! BAC get your act together please ! Summary, lousy hours, no employees, & rude customer care lobby greeter. Shame !!!!

■8 people in line waiting for the 1 teller to help them, while 5 other bankers sat around doing nothing to help, in a fully refurbished store.■You're bailout money hard at not working! Clearly BOA sucks as you can see from other reviews.■All of "The Owner's replies" are the same text verbatim..... with no feedback they claim to be getting making any difference at all.RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I CAME INTO MAKE A DEPOSIT, WITH MY ATM CARD AND DESPOSIT SLIP READY TO GO, THR TRANSACTION TOOK 20 SECONDS AND I WAITED 25 MINUTES. SOCIAL MEDIA IS ALSO OBVIOUSLY DO ANY GOOD EITHER AS YOU FAILED THE IN PERSON RELATIONSHIP (SINCE 1991). If I could give them zero I would. Deposited $365 into the atm almost 3 weeks ago. The atm started messing up after I deposited the money. It tried to refund me my money. Gave up and don't give me s*** back. Told me to take my card. It pushed it out just enough to where my fingers could barely grab it and gave me a receipt to call the atm problem line. Took the paper and called them that day. Waited on hold for over an hr. For them to tell me we can't give you a credit and we have to send a tech out. Two weeks later after the week of waiting. They give me 62 back and say they didn't find anymore money. Closed my claim out without informing me and that was it. I will NEVER EVER EVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH BANK OF AMERICAN SCAMMERS EVER AGAIN!! This is wrong and they know it. The Who bank needs to be stripped of everything and abolished.

If I could give o I would I had an appointment to open new savings account and I had quite a good amount to deposit I went there they were rude told me bank was closed I showed my appointment card she went and showed to manager he told her tell me they are closed why did they make the appointment first place I so glad I did not open account here never ever will

I had a great experience! I was greeted in the lobby by Kerri & Hermes they were very friendly and helpful. I met with Kevin the Merrill representative and he helped me with my Roth IRA account. I highly recommend this branch!
