Super helpful - went in to get new wipers- I believe the gentleman’s name was Steve- he was able to recommend the best for my car and showed me how to put them on. Great store- will def go there again if i need parts for my car again.

Extremely poor and rude customer service. I submitted a review in Google reviews contacted corporate as I was instructed I was told that it would go to the store manager however I was not informed as to what action was taken I would suggest you not go to the store as they are quite rude to their customers

I was in this store on Saturday December 15th 2023 at approximately 3:00. The staff there is despicably rude. I was in line and suddenly the cashier angrily and impatiently goes over to the self check-in directs me there, leaves me and tells me to check in there. I had stood in line because I had a question about whether or not I had the correct product and then he proceeded to say yes flippantly, it's correct. it's expensive, I know, he says. as if I needed to know something about the price. He then proceeded to help the person behind me; it was confusing and then embarrassing once I realized what had happened. I came back in to ask a question about assistance he said we can't go outside. I said I understand you don't have to do anything I just want to make sure I'm putting the fluid in the right location. I asked the customer he was assisting if he was aware that they have self checkout. He looked as embarrassed and indignant at the suggestion.as I. The worker asked the young lady behind the counter to help me if since she had no customer and she rolls her eyes and stands there.He awkwardly waits for about 60 seconds and then looks at the guy next to him. none of them is working all of them in position to help. absurdly and unnecessarily rude. If you don't want to assist people, I suggest you find another line of work. I don't know who you imagine yourself to be but while you're representing AutoZone, you just can't be that

The workers are rude and mean. You shouldn’t be working in customer service if you don’t want to help the customers with their needs.

These guys obviously aren't interested in customer service. I ordered a part online, yet one guy up front working moving like a snail. Nobody else's doing anything. And these brick and mortar places wonder why everybody is ordering online from amazon. The guy up front was disrespectful and called me boss and said just wait in line, someone will get to you.

Kid was cool. But tried making it seem like it was my fault he didn't have the parts. When online specified they had all parts I purchased.

It really saddens me to see some people rant and leave such negative reviews. As a person who works in customer service I know that way too often people are quick to leave negative reviews, while taking positive and helpful interactions for granted. I can honestly say that every time I've frequented this location for my auto needs the staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to have a negative experience. Also, their employee Shay is an absolute Gem. They made what has been an exhausting experience with my car alot more tolerable and helped to bring a much needed smile on my face.

The little Hispanic girl with the glasses had an attitude right from the start. She acted like I told her to take the job there. I asked her a question and she didn’t even respond. I got only about three questions in before I walked out. With her attitude and lack of energy responding I refused to believe she would give a competent diagnosis on my car.

Went in 8-23. 11:23am. Lackluster customer service. One of the girl employee just didn't seem she wanted to be there working- surprised me during the "checkout" process. She scanned the item and Walked away, even before the transaction was final. Never had that happen before. I'll go down the street somewhere else, next time.

Stopped by to have my battery checked - the Auto Zone team could not have been better! Not only did they confirm all was ok with my battery, but they noticed something was loose and went ahead and fixed that. Very appreciative of their help!
