The staff is rude. I had a return and I guess my return was a problem. She tried to make an issue out of nothing. If you don’t like your job then quit.

Run of the mill parts house. Aside from that The Staff are notable. Friendly, HELPFUL, concise, and seemingly sincere. Nothing seems to count more these days. Than someone being upbeat and sincerely nice to you. And these guys are just that. I've had positive interactions with each employee I've dealt with thus far.

I called the store for service I was put on hold. Drove 33 min to store for no customer to be in store everybody doing matrix stocking walking around the store finally get help for them to tell me they don’t have the part smh poor customer service

Terrible customer service. I went because i really needed a battery for my truck key ASAP The associate that completed my transaction just handed me the battery didn’t cut the package open or nothing for me to exchange it. She made me open my control and just removed the old one to see which one it was. She then just changed me and walked away. Literally the first AutoZone i have experienced terrible service will not be coming back to this location

The worst autozone ever. Everytime I go in there to return something from another autozone the store manager says that the system is down Everytime. After waiting in line for a long time just to hear that. It's a shame what kind of people they have working for them
