I called to schedule an appointment and was warmly greeted and scheduled for a same day appointment. The appointment was conducted professionally by a father/son team, and within 35 minutes all of my treasures were evaluated and sold. The setting is very clean and comfortable, and nicely situated off Chamblee Dunwoody Road w ample parking. I felt very comfortable there and my questions were welcomed and valued. Great experience.

I had never sold gold before, didn't know much about the process, but was worried about mailing my item to some of the online services, and then having to wait to get it's value, which could change day to day. I had a great experience here. I had some silver serving pieces that I've been lugging around for a while. I was a little daunted by this as I've not done it before and just found them through a google search. They were very pleasant and transparent about the whole process. I came in to sell some sterling silver serveware and gold jewelry I inherited from my mom. Andre and his dad could not have been more helpful and friendly. They explained the whole process to me, as I have never done this type of thing before, showing me all the tools they use and even sharing some fun stories. Once the pricing had been calculated Andre went through each line item and then asked if I approved of the offer. Lets just say I was pleasantly surprised at the offer.
