Steve and John did an amazing job installing my catback exhaust. Had a small problem with rattling on first install but they happily fixed the issue. Highly recommended and will definitely be back when I upgrade more!

All around terrible communication, no written estimate, promised calls that never came, different prices quoted at various times by different people including the work that needed to be done. This included the owner, Steve. Steve was polite, at least.. However, his employee, John, was extraordinarily rude, aggressive and hostile. I read many good reviews about this shop. I am shocked and would never recommend that anyone would ever go use it .

Be careful to this place. The owner take your money and same problem with your car still not fix. I regretted to come to this place. How could you steal people hard earn money and fail to provide your customer the service and repair their car and even cause more damage to their car. The owner, Steve is a thief!! Very disappointed!! They used to be nice and charged little money for little thing. After that, one issue after another. Bigger and bigger issue with the car. Same issue still occur after they fixed it; took it back, they don’t want to fix it or refund my money. After I came back because same issue after they repaired, they were not happy and welcoming me. At that time, I saw his other face. Not so nice and ethical. Very disappointed!!Charged 3 times more than other place. When they tell you to leave your car at their shop over night, don’t do it! Make sure to go to multiple places to get quotes and ask different mechanics what wrong with your car, what need to be fixed, total price to fix it.Just like one time, I took my car to a repair shop for light replacement, they would charge $1000 for it, while I go to another shop it was free!! Be careful of mechanics. Some will roped you off, just like Steve did to me. They taught me a life lesson is that don’t trust people; don’t talk so highly of them when you havent seen their other face. I used to read bad reviews of this place and thought that person was wrong about this place, but after how I was cheated and treated by them, I value the 1 star review and learning from other people experience.I am not so much upset at this place because Steve took me almost $1500, but how I was treated after he took my money and the car wasn’t fixed and how he lied to me and being unethical about it. Either you fix the car again or refund your customer.Services: Air conditioning

This place is unethical!! I took my car here for repair. I doubt their 5 stars rating are faked. They charged me substantial amount of money for the repair, but the issue still didn’t fix. I took my car back to them, and they were not happy and expressed that they didn’t want to serve me. The owner said he is not responsible that the issue is not fixed. Then what did I paid you for? Nothing!! You didn’t fix my car and took my money. You wasted my time. What other damages had you done to my car that I don’t know about? You lost my trust and I will let everyone I know and don’t know about your unethical business.You are very wrong for taking my money and are mad at me when I was politely talking to you about the work you failed to do. You took customer’s money, didn’t fix issue and didn’t refund the money for the service you fail to do. If you can’t do the work, then tell me. I take somewhere else.I took my car to another repair place, and they informed me that it was very wrong that he took my money and my car still didn’t fix. I am disappointed.I am reporting them to Business Bureau for their unethical of doing business.Service: Air conditioning
