“I must say my experience with this U-Haul location was absolutely amazing. The best ever and I rent from U-Haul all the time. I just recently relocated to this area and drove by this place as I was headed home. I saw the sign & that’s how I found them. It’s right next to the CVS & there is a sign at the end of the driveway. I reserved online & ran into a little miscommunication with U-Haul but Ken immediately sprung into action. He made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I always rent from U-Haul via the website and they are known for allowing you to make a reservation and then they’ll call you talking about the truck is not available at the location we’ll have to send you to another location yada yada ya… I understand sometimes it’s beyond their control because people will rent a truck agreeing to bring it back in 5hrs and end up bringing it back in 10hrs. Usually there is no empathy for the customer from U-Haul when this happens but with Ken it’s different. He really empathizes with his customers and you can tell that he cares about his customer’s experience. He is the absolute best! My husband said you can tell he’s not in it just for the money. Thank God for ppl like him. I was honestly thinking about renting from Penske due to my recent experiences with U-Haul back in Atlanta but decided to try U-Haul one last time since it was so close to my new home and I am so glad I did. Ken really changed my mind about U-Haul and I recommend anyone needing a U-Haul in Macon to use this location. I will only be using this location going forward while I’m in Macon. Quick check in process, easy return equipment checkout and rental vehicle was clean and ready on time for pick up. They even have moving supplies onsite to purchase if you need them. Would definitely use this location again.”

“Uhaul seriously needs to fix the way they do reservations!! The last 3x I've rented a truck it's taken FOREVER to pick it up and I made a reservation each time!! At this location Sam is the best!!! She knows this place like the back of her hand so she does make the experience better. However to do everything ahead online and still have it take over an hour to get the truck is crazy!! Not to mention I used a neighborhood dealer for the 2nd move--because I had to put my stuff and storage and move again a week later and I tried to sign up for the online check in but the online check in is completely non-existent if you don't tell the dealer than I'm coming!! Thank goodness the very helpful lady was there and thank goodness I showed up earlier than I was planning because otherwise she said I would have been out of luck--the keys wouldn't have been available! When people are moving, this is just an additional headache that we do NOT want!! So I don't have complaints about the people--they are great!!!”
