“The manager was awesome and very helpful. We had ordered some stuff online and they sent us the wrong item. So we brought it in to swap it for something else. The item we returned rang up $15 cheaper than what we paid for it. I thought it was going to be a problem, but the manager fixed it so we could get the full value that we paid.”

“Customer service is mediocre! Not too bad but not that good. The employees were talking loud amongst themselves about another employee (who was not there). I thought they would have changed the subject or even stopped but they continued. A message to the employees “stop tasking and start asking”..in other words when a customer is present, speak and see how they can be assisted!”
