The district manager is trash. He didn't want to resolve the issue I have, and he keeps ignoring my calls. Who is above him?

The manager is so rude!!! My son use to work there! She treated my son so nasty!!! She do not know how to talk to people! It’s going to always a FOR HIRE sign on the door until they get a new manager!!!!

The corporate office doesn’t help AT ALL with an issue you have. Nobody wants to shop and end up wasting money. Shopping at Shoe Dept at any location is not recommended, unless you want to waste money and have people not do their JOB in the corporate office.
