Was accused of shoplifting and assistant manager was doing interview while checking me out. I also offered her check my purse and she refused. Then went backed and talked about me with other customers

Mrs. Natalie discriminated against me and my husband as we walked in we were first in line and waited patiently for someone to ring us up. We assumed they were just busy but about 5 minutes later another woman walks up and Natalie doesn’t let her wait. She completely disregards us and asks the woman who just came in behind us what she needed and moves her to another register to help her out. I’m appalled by this service and won’t be returning. This establishment needs to really reconsider and evaluate their customer service.

This store is more concerned with putting out their merchandise than helping customers. It seems to be an insult to ask them a question while they are in the middle of putting out their merchandise. You can have that store filled completely but if you have no customers due to your neglect of customer appreciation your store suffers financially.
