I'm giving this a two-star rating due to the young man who checked me out. My total was 32.10. I gave him a $100 bill and two nickels. I should have received back $68. When I noticed him counting out change, I stopped him and told him that I gave him the 10 cents so I would not receive change back. He apologized and said that he accidentally entered in 5 cents instead of the 100.05. I told him it's not going to make his register short and to please give me back my correct amount of change. He said it would make his register short and continue to argue with me that he had to give me back 95 cents in change. I understand that there are a lot of young people working there, but management you need to train your cashiers better. I left extremely upset and NO ONE CARED

Past year or so has been my absolute worse customer experience from any major corporation at this location. No greetings and the look of disqust from the managers down to the associates when asking about products in the store as if asking for a shoe size availability is troubling them. They will not speak to you if u don't speak 1st and its just beyond unwelcoming. Might as well shop online to avoid the culture of rudeness that's been Cultivated at this location.

The manager was awesome and very helpful. We had ordered some stuff online and they sent us the wrong item. So we brought it in to swap it for something else. The item we returned rang up $15 cheaper than what we paid for it. I thought it was going to be a problem, but the manager fixed it so we could get the full value that we paid.
