This place is"AWESOME"!! the service? Impeccable! Very professional, helpful,knowledgeable and courteous! I usually pride myself on getting the sales professional's name but alas upon this trip I inadvertently forgot. Just so you'll have an idea, we( my wife and I) arrived at the around 6:50-7:00pm, Thursday, January 4th,2024; so whom ever he was that was scheduled during that time is most certainly a stellar employee!Thank you so much for your patience in assisting us with literally all of our Cricket Wireless cellular needs!

I went into this store looking to swap to cricket and was met with a smile and a kind attitude. The young man at the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in, and helped me choose a phone. I am not too familiar with mobile devices, but he gave me a variety of options. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good phone plans and phones at good prices!

My experience at this store was superb. The gentleman at the counter was very hospitable and helpful and I walked out of the store that day with a new phone plan. Both the telephone and customer service are 10/10’s, would recommend.

The girl in cricket wireless was amazing and sweet to all customers!! We need more people like her to work at my local cricket wireless location but I will travel the extra 45 miles to get great service!! ???? Satisfied!!!

We switched to cricket from Verizon and got a awesome deal for an iPhone! The store was so clean and the staff is so helpful and professional and we also got a great deal on the accessories, I left completely satisfied I recommend everyone to come to this location!

The staff at the Cricket location is the greatest. They took us step by step thru the whole process of getting new phones and changing carriers. I was expecting it to take all day considering the age of our phones, they got it done quickly and professionally. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. The phones and the new service have been great! THANK YOU!

I want to thank you for the professional customer service in this location, I recommend everyone to come to this locationI went to cricket wireless on Russell parkway to upgrade my phone they won't sell me the phone without purchasing accessories and adding protection on the phone, then I decide to go to other location to see if I can get the phone with no accessories added, I got the phone without any things added, $50 less the other store
