I have lived here for a little over a year now in the 2 floor complex and I have loved it. Wonderful landlord and always is fast about working on something if something messes up (which has been once the entire time). Yard is always kept up, trash always picked up, and overall outside appearance of complex is kept up. They have redone some of the complexes to be more modern up to date look and they are beautiful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, this company helped me rent my first apartment. Everyone I spoke with acted professionally and it made an otherwise stressful process pleasant to handle. The apartment was very nice especially considering what is available in the area. I believe you will be hard pressed to find anything nicer and all of there rates are very reasonable!! Plus my apartment included water. T & W is also locally owned unlike all the surrounding properties you are actually helping the local community and economy. If he is in be sure to ask for Jack he is the best!!

I wouldn’t recommend renting from T&W, I lived on Allen drive a few years and every year rent went up 20$. Constant drug deals going on across the street. The attics were full of Bats and nothing was done. My neighbors back door was kicked in. When I moved out, I fixed all the nail holes and painted the walls. Cleaned the apartment spotless and they wouldn’t give me my deposit back. They said the bathroom had been repainted and wasn’t a exact match. I caught the maintenance guys makeing themselves at home in my apartment while I was at work. So please save yourself the trouble and find a different company to rent from.

Great people !!!! If anything is wrong all you have to do is call and the issue is fixed asap. Couldn't ask for a better place to rent from !!!
