This shop is an absolute joke, the worst experience ever. They had my car for over 4 months and did nothing but drive it. I had pet hair all in the interior, Mud on the floorboards, old food, dip cans. These people was literally driving my car around. Lost the key fob for over a month and wasn’t giving anything but excuses. The shop doors are always shut and lock nor do they answer the phone. This shop deserves to shut down. Mike is not a good business man. Had a verbal altercation upon me picking up my vehicle. I will never in my life conduct business with them again

He's the most honest auto mechanic I've found in the area. He also backs up his work! Some of the reviews are due to no help over the last couple of years.

I have been using Moore's Auto Care for several years and have always been pleased with their results. I have never had any issues with a repair completed by them. They are very through and do an excellent job of diagnostics and repair. I find their pricing very competitive with other shops. They can do anything from an oil change to a engine replacement. Give them a try if you have a need for auto repair.

The worst customer service! When I dropped my car off I was told I would receive a call within 2-3 business days. They have had it over a week now. I have called the shop a million times with no answer and the voicemail is full. I also stopped by the shop during business hours and no one was there but my car was sitting out front with the doors unlocked and the hood open. Absolutely do not recommend this shop!Service: Transmission

They had my mom's car almost a month always gave her the run around about doing further diagnostics needless to say we just decided to pick her car up and get it fixed elsewhere wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here

This shop needs to be shut down!! They have ignored my calls, due to their lack of ambition. Shoddy repairs at arm and leg prices. If you want REAL MECHANICS to work on your vehicle go to Zukers, they actually care about the customer, and not just making a dollar. My vehicle will NEVER see this shop again, and if I can help it no one else will have to deal with these scammers that dont work, and constantly have excuses for the lack of. Please avoid. If negative stars were an option they would get -5.

They had my car for 17 days and never even so much as looked at it. Wouldn't answer the phone or return my voicemails. Went in person to get an update and they said they'd know something that week. Went back there again the next week for an update, since they won't answer the phone, and was told it still hadn't been looked at.
I ended up taking it to a shop in silver creek that same day (Wednesday), and it was ready to be picked up the following Thursday.
Wish I had asked around about Moore's before taking it there because apparently they have a horrible reputation. Could've been driving two weeks sooner had I not taken it to Moore's.

I have had my veichile there for over a week and nothing have been told it would be looked at 3 different days, they don’t know how to answer their phones. Never again will I take a car or recommend them.
