“I was upset that I was not informed that the washer and dryer would not be installed and that I needed to purchase several parts to have them installed. I would have bought what I needed in the week I was waiting on delivery and had my maintenance man set up to come over and do the installation the day they were delivered. It would be nice if this information is shared with the customers at the time of purchase so there are no surprises when appliances are delivered.”
