Went today just to change my credit card Info for my payment, the young man ( with the cool long hair ) that was working was Awesome!! note he was the only one there, had several other customers. But he took the time to greet everyone including my self as we entered. Didn't mind the (short ) wait, he was great at multi-tasking. And best of all thanks for speaking to me in Spanish! I don't normally write reviews but this time I felt like I had to. Muchas Gracias y muy buen servico al cliente por parte de este muchacho!

As already mentioned, they are clueless and if they give you information about certain services they tell you everything wrong and they mess up then they tell you it’s your fault!!! Management is rude. Terrible customer service!!!

Kristie Hernandez store manager in Cedartown Georgia is so kind and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about Cricket products you are fortunate to have her as an employee. This is from an old school teacher telling you the truth. There is also a young man in the cricket store in Cedartown, Austin Wisham he’s very knowledgeable and helpful with all Cricket products. He kept me from throwing mine out the window the day after I bought it. kudos to Cricket for hiring high school students who have so much to offer great guy.
