On March 12,2024 nailed 3 envelopeswith payments inside Post Office drop. It is March 28 ,2024 none have been received as of today,had to pay companies over phone due to cut off of service. They do not answer phone, goes to fax or busy signal. USPO customer service said probably lost ,could physically go back to inquire about .Put purchased stamps on and trusted the inside service .Not the first time but from another location.

I would give them 0 zero stars if I could! I sent a package from Milwaukee, WI where the local clerk coded the wrong ZIP on my package. This error routed my package to Cave Spring. A week later, an intercept order was placed (for which there was a fee) to redirect the package to Atlanta. The Cave Spring postal office verified that they had received the package, which clearly stated Atlanta, and they also received the intercept order. From that point on, they have no idea where the package went & what happened to it! According to USPS, I am only entitled to a refund of the original postage and intercept fee, but not the $78 dollars for the cost of the merchandise. I have receipts for the contents & pictures in addition to copies of the tracking & intercept documents. What kind of hick town is Cave Spring anyway?? Thoroughly disgusted with the postal service in Cave Spring as they couldn't even redirect the package to the correct location in Atlanta. Even I can look up an address on the USPS website to obtain the correct ZIP!! Can these people not read??

The town of Cave Spring is a beautiful, quaint, & charming with call backs to simple counrty life, which is fine enough, but its businesses need to get with times. I was supposed to have a parcel delivered on Monday 12/4 via usps. I had a doctor appointment & was not home, so my parcel was unable to be delivered. In addition, my hubby forgot to put the dog on the chain in the yard versus putting him on the porch next to the front door. That afternoon, I received an email stating that I could reschedule for a redelivery, that is what I did. I rescheduled for Tuesday 12/5. (I also made sure to put my dog in his kennel.) I did not receive my parcel & I am wondering what the point was of my being given the option to reschedule online if it was just going to be ignored. Now, my husband has to make an unnecessary trip into town to pick it up. Please get it together! This is neither quaint, nor charming.
