“So I was having a really difficult time with Verizon with just trying to get someone to help me with merging my wife’s account to mine. Needless to say that after several phone calls and empty promises nothing ever got done. So my wife and I decided to switch to T-Mobile. We came to the store on north Veterans in Columbus, GA. We were helped by Ann Marie and Attlena, who I must say were very helpful and at the top of game when it comes to customer service, who helped us for over 2 hours and got everything switched over to T-Mobile. The professionalism and customer service is really what won me over to T-Mobile, not to mention our bill just dropped from roughly $900 a month to just over $400. However that includes 6 phones, 3 watches and 1 tablet. So if you’re starting to HATE Verizon like I did, do yourself and your wallet a favor and make the switch to T-Mobile. Also one last thing, Attlena gave me her personal cell phone number in case I add any issues.”
