West End Pharmacy is the only pharmacy that actually will go above and beyond for people. They went out of their way to help me get a cheaper price on my birth control. All around just an amazing staff and great people. No matter where I’ll live in Georgia I think I’ll always make the drive to get my medicine from them!

Switched to West End Pharmacy when the CVS closed on TN Street. They’re wonderful. Because they’re not also doubling as a retail/grocery store they serve is impeccable.

West End got my script transferred when another pharmacy didn’t have it. They stayed late to make sure my sick baby had medicine.

we made the switch from a big box pharmacy. we wanted to support small and local. they are kind and friendly and fast. no regrets. we use them for everything. scripts and vaccines and they also have a good selection of meds and otc items.

Pharmacists and entire staff are professional, courteous and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. With a family of five, I have transferred all medication maintenance to West End Pharmacy. More businesses should take notes on how they treat their customers.

If you need a compound done, this is the pharmacy to get it. Their staff is very knowledgeable helpful and will explain everything to you when you pick up your prescription.

They are SO fast filling scripts and if you for some reason can’t go inside, they will bring it to your car. I have told everyone they need to transfer their meds here. I love this place.

The best pharmacy in Cartersville. The biggest difference between West End and other pharmacies, West End communicates with you when there is an issue or problem with your medicine/insurance. Always great experience.

I just happen to run through the drive through at West End to get me a Covid Test, I was not a client, and the staff was so very thorough and courteous! So, even though I have been with my pharmacist for 15 years or more, which was just down the road, their service has just gotten worse and sloppier with each new year and their medication prices were getting outrageous! I thought, with this new experience with West End, I want to transfer all my medications to folks that care about you and your charges! I am very happy with my decision!!

By far the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Had a prescription that no one in town could fill (Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Kroger, and Publix) West End called my current pharmacy to transfer the medication over and then ordered it just for me and had it ready next day. The customer service is amazing and they actually care about their customers. I will never go to another pharmacy.
