Can't get any business done without an appointment. Besides the tellers, they only have two or three bankers working. If people are waiting, they have no way to know who's been there longest and don't seem to care

Personally speaking, I have never had anything come up that wasn't readily fixed in an extremely timely manner. Maybe twice, if ever, have I had any situations and they were resolved quickly, professionally and courteously. I've heard the horror stories that were posted online and I addressed them with the staff. They understand that as long as we don't have any major issues I will keep my accounts with them. It appears that their staff is fighting back against all the bad press and is putting their absolute best foot forward. I can't help but recognize their efforts and will continue to do business with them.

The branch manager, Leonora, was extremely helpful to me. So nice to have a bank looking out after their customers.

If you want to be in a bad mood, try calling the automated phone number they provide. Speaking to a banker is impossible and your better off just driving there and wasting the gas instead of wasting your time.

Worst banking institution ever. My husband has (soon to be had) a checking account here. Went to cash his check and was told couldn't do that. He had to deposit it, there are no other choices. I advised her that we come through every other week and deposit half and cash for the other half. She needs to be trained on helping her customers.Very rude and lazy of customer service.

Most horrible bank ive ever stepped in hands down. The moment i walked in the lady teller all the way to the right stared me down and was extremely judgemental. She turned me away because my id apparently was fake even though its a state of ga issued id. NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM. She was rude and not helpful AT ALL. My wife has banked with you guys for 11 years. And this is causing her to remove all our money and bank somewhere else. Wells fargo is a good bank. But this location is TERRIIBBBLLLEEE. save you a head ache and take your business elsewhere

Horrible customer service, I waited in here for around 40 min to open an account, I gave the teller my ID so she could add me to the queue. I waited patiently and the two people ahead of me were helped. I sat for an additional 15 minutes and no one was in the ladies office, nor was anyone offering to help me. A lady walked in and the lady in the office helped the lady who walked in almost immediately. I was going to switch to this bank but I will take my business to another location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS BRANCH. They are clearly not worried about their numbers or customers.

My daughter received an insurance check and wanted to put some of the check in her account and get some cash out to spend. She went to the teller named jalia and the teller told her she could have up to 2500 dollars of the money.. My daughter hands over the check and then all of a sudden jalia tells her she can't have any of it because she was negative 60 cents in her account.. She was negative 60 cents due to them taking a monthly service fee...jailia got angry and started giving my daughter and her fiance an attitude.. My daughter is autistic and has anxiety issue so this scares her.. this turns into a big fiasco with the bank manager coming over to them with an attitude. You would think the money was the managers and jailia not my daughter's they way my daughter was treated was very poor .. This caused her a panic attack.. This bank doesn't care not one not about their clients.. We might just be small not rich people but I'm sure there are a lot of us...I urge everyone I know to take your money out of this bank before you are treated like you're nothing because your not rich.. I've attempted to call this bank several times and no one will answer...I only wish I know this managers name. As soon as I can I am closing my account there and so is my daughter.. Now in my opinions this is the worst company in Cartersville...I will sing like a song bird to all I people I come in contact with about in my opinion a horrible greedy company

My fiancee banks with wells Fargo and has been with them for one 3 years and she just got a settlement check from our car wreck and the told her when we went to deposit it she could have 2500 cash and the rest of the check go into her account then they go back on their word after we done accepted it on the pen pad now she can't have her money until the 10th of this month but we can pull $225 out tomorrow and the clark and her manager got an aditude with us and made my fiancee cry and on top of that my fiancee is autistic so we will never bank with wells Fargo ever again

Wells Fargo is unethical. Their banker committed a data breach and accessed my private information and canceled my business card and claimed it was lost and if shut my business down for 5 days and i lots money. I had my card and my card was never lost nor did I ever want to cancelIt. It took a month to resolve. They paid me $50 after hours and hours on the phone fixing their mistake and dealing with their disrespectful executives! They think $50 will gain my trust back? Seriously…. No one cared when I told them family is removing all of our LLC bank accounts and personal bank accounts… should have listened when I saw that documentary about all the fraud Wells Fargo is willing to commit . Completely unethical and willing to break laws! Nothing has changed since their last scam! Horrible customer service! After I get my rewards all of money and families money will be removed asap ! Sad company!

Went into the bank At Cartersville,Ga to open an online account. The young man did not help me at all, telling me I can do this at home. I am a 70 year old women I do not know how to navigate most of this technology. WOW what disrespect is all I can say.Customer Service has gone to hell in a han basket is all I have to say. I am going to close out my account and go to Chase where they go out of there way to help their customers. If I could give this a minus 100 stars I would.
