It never fails, that when I HAVE to go to Wal*Mart, it typically takes twenty to thirty minutes before I am able to get a powered shopping cart. I am a Type 1 Diabetic with heart issues and lost my left leg in 2014, so walking through the large building is not something I can do. I have called their corporate office to complain about the lack of functional carts (people who shouldn't need one, damage the carts by riding through the store with an extra person on it with them) and am told over and over again that they will fix the problem. It works for about a week, and then the carts are right back to not working.(7/2/23) I can report that it has gotten a little easier to get a cart, that works, when I go in. Still nowhere near the best that I have found, and something needs to be done about folks with extra riders! Those kids have perfectly functioning legs and should have no problem keeping up with the cart, on their own!(2/17/24) The cart problem has returned, with a vengeance. Wait time of thirty minutes is a luxury.

Went major grocery shopping today on Valentine's Day. Boy, were they cleaned out of gift ideas for Valentine's Day. Git what i needed and proceeded to being checked out by a cashier. Since I'm paying for it, I feel they can bag it for me.

It's never my favorite place to be, but especially not after dark. However, I desperately needed a few things for the next morning.

This Place Is DEFINITELY A Trip - Kinda Like A Trip Back In Time W/Backwoods Imbreeders. This Is A Prime Example Of "The People Of Wal-Mart" From The Pics & Video's Out There. Could Of Swore, You Hear The Dueling Banjo's Playing As You Enter The Area..No Joke! The Parking Lot Is TOTALLY, TOTALLY A Homeless Living Paradise For Bartow County/Cartersville. All The Cars, Pick-Ups, Van's, Box Trucks, & A Few Campers, W/Some Of The Finest!WAL-MART-YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED & Sam Walton IS DEFINITELY Rolling Over In His Grave.. All The Millions Of $$ You Put Into The Remodal- NOW WORK ON YOUR PARKING LOT.NO NEED FOR FAMILY REUNIONS HERE, JUST COME TO WAL-MART, SURE YOUR LONG LOST FAMILY MEMBER IS HERE!!Otherwise, Store Is Nice, Friendly Employees, Well Stocked & Clean-NOT Sure How Long That Will Last.If You Want "FREE" Entertainment & Go Back In Time, Stop Here! The 5 Stars Is ONLY For The Store(Stock & Merchandise) & Employees, NOT The Sights Or Clientele, That'll Be A -1,000+.

I mean…It’s Walmart. Set your bar low and you will be impressed every time you walk in the door. Guarantee. They have been sprucing up the place a bit at least. And they are done with all the construction in the back so it’s not PURE chaos. Just normal chaos.

If I could leave a zero I would. This store never fails to disappoint me. They’re prices are always messed up. I had items ringing up $4 more expensive than the price tag said. I just left the items and did not get them. Then I found 1 pair of slippers on clearance for $9 but they did not have a tag on them. I had to hit the “need help” button 20 times just to get someone over there even tho there was three employees standing there looking at me. The lady comes over I believe her name was Carolyn and can’t find the item number on the shoes. So I go get a picture of where I got them from and the price tag, and she proceeds to just pick the slippers up and take them to customer service. After waiting 20 mins for this lady to come back I just ended up paying and leaving without the slippers. Then the lady at the door had the audacity to ask for my receipt even tho I couldnt get any help from any of the old employees. Just ignored her and walked past her cause that’s just ridiculous.

The store has been remodeled but you still have employees blocking almost every aisle, and they're in no hurry to let shoppers pass. There are not enough ♿️ parking spots. They do have new carts, finally! This store is a ridiculous waste of time!
