Brandon was amazing this morning! I had an appt this morning. There were only 2 working that I saw. However, Brandon was busting it! He was working hard to help at the counter and work on the vehicles. And all with a great attitude!! Thank you Brandon for still getting me done in my appt time!! A definite 10 in my book!!

Walmart, I'm so sorry to report this, but you have got to do better with your customer service. You have chosen to lock your hair products behind a glass locker. Your employee call button doesn't work at the station. I talked to four employees and none of them had a key to unlock and directed me to the front of the store which was pretty far away. after 10 minutes and talking to several employees I finally called the store operator. She made an all call and again no one showed up. I waited five more minutes and called again. Finally after a 20 minute wait an employee came -looking rather annoyed. I paid $30 for the hair straightener which had to be taken to customer service instead of being handed to me after the 20 minute wait. I understand that theft is a big problem in our culture, but to make a customer go through this is just not right. I also understand that people come to Walmart for the prices not necessarily for the customer service, but you have to do better than this. From now on, I will make sure that if I have to go to Walmart, it will be the one in Rockmart. Super disappointed, and even more struck by the apathy of your employees..

Joey in the auto repair shop is awesome!!! There were a few clients lined up and he kept everyone informed of what was going on and who was next. He was really on top of everything! It's no wonder he's a Leader in the dept!

Walmart is the only place I can bargain on everything on my list. I recently had a granddaughter unexpectedly and went to so many stores trying to find everything she needed and let me tell you I ended up at Walmart and got everything from the car seat, stroller pampers.. seem like Walmart was the cheapest place to find onesies big savings on the sleepers compared to target and the other guys. Walmart need to sponsor my family, send us a BIG CHECK to spend at Walmart and put our pictures wearing their clothes on a big billboard right in front of the store in my town since I shop here EVERYDAY for something different???

Lines were super backed up on cashiers, I guess Walmart thinks people rely on these dum robot check outs it took us a hour and a half to check out from how backed up it was! There was only 2 cashiers?. Y’all it’s miserbale over here! I gotta say if I catch the owner lacking ima have a word with him
