A basic gel pedicure is $50. Prices are insane. Polish job was good but they did many take any of the dead skin off my feet. Definitely wasn’t worth it

Used to be one of the best shops, now I try to avoid it. Went in not even a week ago for sns nails. $55 later, they didn't even last a week. Good reminder as to why I stopped going there.

some of the employees are super nice but a couple of minor things put me off from coming back here. one time i asked for gel polish, and i was told “no it’s not good for you :)” and the employee gave me acrylic. another time i asked to keep the shape of my oval nails and they gave me square. i fixed it at home so it wasn’t that big of a deal. today i went with my mom, she asked for regular polish with her pedicure. the employee offered her gel because it “lasts longer” (even though regular polish lasts on toes for months but ok). my mom declined and said regular is fine. the employee agreed and later when it was time for polish, she brought out gel and put it on anyway.Services: Pedicure

I have had several great experiences at this salon until I had a bad one. I got a tech who felt new, totally fine. However the pedicure was terrible and awkward. When we got to painting my nails, she didn’t clean my toes off from the lotion and oil, put the polish right on top. She used so much polish that it ran into the sides and dried all lumpy, then she used equal amounts of clear on top. I called the very next morning, explained what happened, they said come in and get it fixed. So I did, they had the same tech fix it and she did the exact same thing again, then proceeded to tell me if I had picked gel polish for my toes this wouldn’t have happened, that I wouldn’t have messed my toes up (blaming me for her poor job). She repaints my nails, again using way too much nail polish and clear coat, so the same exact thing happens. Two days later on vacation, I’m walking around and look down, the nail polish on three of my toes had just fallen clean off. That doesn’t just happen.Again, I had a lot of really good experiences here until this point, but even the owner lady looked and said pretty color, looks good knowing I had just complained. If she had really looked she could have easily seen the second bad paint job.I did my part as the customer letting you know there was a problem and a chance to fix it.Service: Pedicure

1st... Staff was nice and our nails looked nice when finished.BUT...We will not be returning. I cringed when I saw porous products that were already used being used again! (Files and pumice stones). Also I left with 2 cuts and a scrape that I didn't have when we arrived. It was a rough pedicure. The overall salon is in desperate need of a cleaning. The bathroom door and all of the switches were absolutely filthy.Service: Pedicure

The owner took such great care of my elderly mother like she was her own. I was shocked at the compassion. Nails were beautiful. Definitely will be back!!

I was taken to this salon while in the area and the atmosphere was pleasant. The quality of work I had done was another story. I went in with a set of nails that my original tech had done 2 months ago and they were still in tact until the day before I went to this salon. I’m all for supporting people but I didn’t like when people rag on other people work but your work isn’t A1 at all. I was just there on 9th and I have already lost my diamonds off of my nails and one is broken, but when I went to them all of my designs and diamonds were still in place. I just needed a fill. Do a good job and make sure you don’t skip steps before you talk about someone else’s work! Oh and the pedicure was botched. My toe was cut and my feet were still rough. If I go back in the future, they will be angry with me. Do it my was before you get my money or don’t get paid at all!Services: Pedicure

Worst place I've ever been to was treated rudely the lady started my nails and then sent me an empty chair because someone else came in that needed theirs done in an hour and I was there for almost 2 hours and still didn't get my nails done and nor did I want to I left this place in a hurry it was despicable. I would never go there again nor would I suggest it to anyone.

I had a horrible experience here yesterday. I first received a pedicure and then a manicure. During my pedicure, my tech was nice so I just brushed off when she cut my toe very badly. I then moved on to the manicure with the same tech. She wraps my fingers in wrap to soak them in oil. For one, I had no nail polish on so I’m not sure why this was necessary. She then leaves for 15-20 minutes meanwhile my fingers are completely pruned being in oil (or whatever it was?) for this long. She comes back to tell me she had been taking her break. I understand needing a break but maybe not when you have a client soaking their fingers unnecessarily. She takes my fingers out of the oil and proceeds to tell me my fingers/hands are way too oily. Well, that’s your fault ma’am. The way she wrapped my fingers made it so that I couldn’t remove them myself when my fingers were totally pruned. I washed my hands with no soap just as she instructed me, dried them completely as she instructed, and she began my manicure. It was not enjoyable in the slightest as she cut me multiple times. I’m assuming it’s because she let my hands remain in oil for so long, but none of the gel products were working nor did they stay on. I did nothing different than I have ever done at any manicure. She proceeds to make smart remarks such as holding my fingers up and saying “look what you did!” “You did not do anything I told you to do and now it’s not working” “oh my GOSH”, etc. proceeds to huff and puff. The tech acted as if I had done something wrong when this was not the case. Finally, the owner takes over and I’m so glad. She completed my gel nails in maybe 10 minutes when I had been traumatized by the previous tech for 45 minutes. The owner was very nice but my nails are not lasting today (the day after) and my fingers are completely peeling and dry. I have two nails already missing pieces and coming apart. I’m grateful the owner was kind and took over but I do wish my nails would be lasting longer than already coming off the next day.Services: Pedicure

HORRIBLE!!! They rushed through my nails the 1st time. 3 days later one of my nails just popped off so I had to go BACK to get them to fix it. The guy who “fixed it” rushed through it and now it’s all lumpy and looks like my toddler painted my nail and they refuse to redo it! Customer service is just absolutely bad!!Service: Acrylic nails
