I have been to the Cartersville Visionworks now several times. I have always had a great experience and have been able to get quality, nice glasses at a very affordable price.

Customer service was good, appointment took way too long, there was too many people there. Seemed as if they were taking walk-ins in between appointments, I was there almost 3 hours & eye exam lasted maybe 15 minutes. Costs were outrageous even with insurance ???

The exam was thorough. The people were nice and polite. The one thing that I wasn’t pleased with is the price of the progressive lenses. I supplied my own glasses. So all I need is lenses. The progressive lenses are $200. The progressive digital lenses (the ones I wanted) are $440. I couldn’t wrap my brain around the fact that the same plastic lenses had such a huge price difference just to adjust them to a larger field of vision. So I had to settle for the $200 ones. The lady that I dealt with said that if I didn’t like these that I could come back and exchange them. In my mind if I brought them back to exchange them; that’s revenue lost for them because the lenses are specific to my glasses. She said that was fine. My response was “if they could afford to take that loss; then they could have given me a better price on the other lenses.” But hey…that’s just me. ??♂️

My first appointment went very well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as helpful. The doctor was personal and I felt he really did care and he took extra time to assist me in getting the right contact for me. Great visit.

Had appt 11/29 picked and paid for glasses and prescription paperwork states glasses will be ready 12/13. I called the store to inquire to only be told not in and things come up things happen. Called customer service 12/14 to be told by them that the frames I choose were out of stock!!!!!! Not one person at that place could call me to let me know or to maybe come in and choose another frame. Nothing no contact from not one person. If I didn't call and research it myself I'd probably never get my glasses. Waiting on manager (Miss Kim I was told is her name) to call me back and we will see if she can make this right. Cause as of right now I will not be going back and I'll make sure I tell the other people at my job not to go. To be continued ill update once I hear from management.UPDATE: Received a call back from the General Manager Kelly who did take this situation urgent and did admit that they did in fact drop the ball and the update from the lab was over looked and she did apologize said there is no excuses. She is doing everything in her power to get me my glasses as fast as she can so I appreciate that. We discussed other things as well as the rude employee that I just couldn't let go. So I will be changing my rating as soon as I receive my glasses.After everything I got my glasses which I love... Thank you Kelly for your help.

Great place,They take you straight to the back and start your visit. The same experience when I brought my kids too. The staff is really friendly. I absolutely love the fact that They mostly can get you an appointment the same day.

I will definitely bring my friends & family here!!! Fantastic eye care experience.?EXCELLENT customer service!!! They did not make me feel bad for needing to exchange my frames, because they hurt the sides of my head and ears. I felt, really bad about it & they made me feel happy & said, that's what we're here for & no problem!!! ? I really appreciated them taking care of my needs.

Visionworks is definitely where I will get my glasses from now on and anyone who is looking to get an eye exam or new glasses will be referred to there by me. Everyone was courteous helpful patient and kind.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE CARTERSVILLE LOCATION. MY KIDS AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED SOME PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES AS WELL.STAFF: KELLY, DR SHERIFFE, AMANDA AND MANY MORE HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had a great experience here recently. Everyone is so kind, helpful and patient. One lady stood out in particular, Mickie. I would come back just for her, she was wonderful and so sweet. She made the entire experience for me, I couldn't be more grateful.I usually hate Dr appointments and anything to do with them but this was such a pleasant experience I don't think I'll mind them so much from now on. This is definitely my new go to place for anything glasses related. Thank you to Mickie and her coworkers ❤️

My visit here at the Cartersville location was good up until the end. The employee name I believe is Mickie is disgrace. Her customer's service is nasty. If I wasn't a good person, I would totally given her verbally words that's not good.

Two stars because when we made an appointment for my husband everything was good, and the employee was friendly. My husband took time off work, shows up and is told he never had an appointment. He was also told they texted and called everyone that their doctor was out sick . Also, the employee on the phone did not try to reschedule or anything without us asking or try to make us feel more sure about actually having an appointment. I don't leave low reviews typically. It would have been nice if they had offered to rescheduled off the bat. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Hopefully others have had a good experience.

I would give this place no stars! Horrible customer service skills. I setup an appointment and received a confirmation with the wrong patient name on it. I called back to try correcting it and they gave me a hard time because I wouldn’t give them my last four of the social. Obviously if this place can’t even get the patients name correct on the appointment confirmation what makes me think they’ll be able to handle my personal information. Avoid this place at all cost!
