Sold me a car saying it has cold ac and the radio works.... 2 days later no ac no help on fixing it and the radio quit working, fast forward to when the car has been payed off, no title no contact I've emailed called left vm after vm to be told I had a $300 fee ok do why didn't you continue taking payments..... "they aren't authorized " so don't you think you should contact me to set up payments???? No its been almost a year since its been payed off and I had to contact the owner on FACEBOOK to finally get an answer. Place is horrible take your money elsewhere

Horrible experience this car lot is a scam don't spend any money there the man is rude he sell lemons do not buy or spend any money with vip motors they say they finance and there is no finance company I looked on line he repoed the car and there was no notice no warning nothing this place is very horrible. Also when car is repoed don't look for it cuz he has it I called every repossession company in the state of GA they didn't have the car so that means he he scamming

bought a 1999 Honda Accord in 2019 I still drive it today and have only had regular maintenance a bearing ball joint and motor mounts replaced..not bad for 2500.00

I purchased a KIA from this dealer in 2018 and the car is an absolute lemon. I was lied to and told that KIA would honor a warranty - the only reason I purchased the car. There's even frame damage to the vehicle that was undisclosed and title was not salvage so the fix was done aftermarket. Overall - horrible experience.

They have There hiccups but I can say erick is the best person there if you have any problems and going through any economic inconvenience I know for a fact he can help best customer service ad vary understanding as long as you make your payments and don’t disrespect they have your back wish I can do more than a 5 star review

My experience here was wonderful. The sales manager Casey was amazing, he did everything he could to put me in the car I wanted with the amount of money I had. And the Erich was awesome also he was very polite and had the paperwork process down to minutes not hours. I would refer my mother here. Thanks VIP Auto Motors
