“Let me first share That this is my location for auto purchases. My first time in 2021 was fantastic and now a this is a second time purchasing a car from this Cartersville location. Note- I have to drive over an hour and a half just to get there and they did not disappoint on this second visit either! The salesman Jamal is truly a professional, very knowledgeable about the car, models, features accessories, etc. he heard what my needs were, had the auto we wanted to look at prepared for us when we pulled up. Inside we chatted and heard my goals and he connected us with the next person who came to talk to us, introduced as Juan. He provided us options, and opportunity to look at older and newer to help me get to my goals. There was no pressure to buy from either, and both were sensitive and supportive whether I decided to purchase or not. Gave me time on site to determine what is best for me and my family. In the end I did of course purchase!! And Jamal help set up my phone & showed me all the features again inside, things that I didn’t even know the car could do. As I drove away, pleased with my experience and my purchase- my ride was so very smooth!! They have earned my continued business, as well as referrals to friends and family. “Lots of used cars, trucks, whatever you were looking for. Outside was very clean and organized. Each row was numbered, and the desk service was great. You were to straight to cars you were looking for to see if they had what you needed. If you find what you need, you take it off ( you had to bring your own tools), bring the part to customer service, and pay for it. They also provided a small wheelbarrow for you to put the parts in.”

“I can not say enough good about this dealership. Darrel was a SAINT yesterday. We live in the Knoxville area, and we saw the truck we wanted on his lot online. I called and made a deposit before it sold, and my wife and I drove down yesterday afternoon after work to purchase and pick up our new truck.
Unfortunately our credit union made a slight mistake on the cashiers check that wasn't discovered until after our arrival, and Darell was extremely understanding.

“We just paid off our first vehicle from here that we bought in 2020. That was an excellent experience, so when my daughter's car stopped working right, we checked out the website and saw several possibilities. After a few test drives she decided on a 2019 Kia Sportage. There was a little problem with the financing so we put it in my name. It was a faster process than going to a new car dealer. They worked with us through the whole thing and gave a decent trade in amount for the old car which was struggling. Then, uh oh, the next day she heard a noise that continued to get worse. We brought it in the following day. They determined it was the brake pads and replaced them immediately. Throughout the process, Starr and all the employees were great!

Now let's talk about used car dealers. Before we got my husband's truck here in 2020, we went to so many places from Cartersville to Marietta to Atlanta to Duluth. Everything in our price range had something wrong with it. I was so shocked when I looked at Premier and everything I looked at was in great condition. The salesman then and Starr now were both so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of cars here I'd like to have. This is a great place to buy a car and we'll buy from them again in the future.
