1 star doesn’t cover it. Was never greeted by anyone! Shopped for new makeup and straightener. I had to color match myself. I spent over $400 and was NEVER helped once by an associate. There were plenty of employees in the store. If the items were not things I needed I would have left everything and shopped at a different location!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service.

Really disappointed with our experience tonight. Was in the store about 30m, spent well over a hundred dollars. There were 5 lady employees (and a gentleman employee too), not 1 person said hi, asked if we needed help, or if we had any questions. Not 1 person made eye contact with us or smiled. They made more effort to avoid their customers then to help - and not just with us. It was very stoic except a couple employees working were chumming it up laughing loudly with their friend. So their friend was valued, but no help given to customers in yiur store. We were standing next to them and completely ignored. At the register, the same young lady didn't ask us any questions or if we found everything OK, the only thing she asked is if we wanted to open a credit card. Also did not say thank you for shopping with us - nothing. I don't feel like a valued customer here so I will go somewhere else. Please review your video footage for today (2/2/24 after 6pm) and use that as a training video to re-train your employees on how not to treat customers. No service, no relationship, no retention and also no referrals.

I had never been in an Ulta before until I was in Idaho Falls. I made the mistake of assuming that all facilities would be as professional courteous and patient. I was sadly mistaken in Clarksville. It seemed as if there was a high level of impatience on the representatives parts regarding my questions and lack of hearing as I am deaf on my left side.

I was having a rough day and decided to take a mental health day from work. I came to Ulta to get a new foundation and Ana was so so sweet, she recommended a foundation for me and helped me find the right shade. Lupita checked me out at the cashier and was so patient and helpful with me and all my gift cards. Both of these girls were amazing and really brightened my day.

I had an exceptional experience at Ulta today. Shawna, the staff member who assisted me, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect makeup for my skin tone. Her personable and helpful approach made my shopping experience enjoyable. I even ended up with some extra goodies that I hadn't planned on buying. This outstanding customer service ensures I'll be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

I seriously love Ultra. I had a wedding to go to yesterday, Friday the 13th, and I had this wonderful lady help me with my make up, she was so sweet and caring.I'll defently recommend and come back to Ultra
