In general the store is okay and employees are great however, my complaint is that I went on a Saturday to purchase/order a storm door and screen door for my home. The employees who helped were great but told me that the person who handles that did not work on Saturdays and it took over an hour to get my order completed as they were not trained on the ordering system! One of their busiest shopping days & no one who is trained on the system. Also, I am not happy with the in

went with a friend to pick up some paint and we were severely under serviced by all staff members. We were left stumbling around the paint isle early in the morning for about half an hour before going out of our way to find help. Then we were provided with insufficient supplies needed for our job. Very very disappointed. Had to make a second trip to the Depot.

Very Disappointed in the response during the Pandemic. Your parking lot and store has been packed. There's no way that you are compliant with the social distancing. You should respond in a more serious and substantial way. We will remember this when more cases break out due to your non-compliance.

Went to Home Depot Cartersville to purchase 15 bags of cement. For what ever reason the forklift was not available to retreive the bags from the shelf. First employee literally some how injures his finger immediately and disappears. 2nd employee struggles to lift and load the bags so my husband (at 67 years old) basically has to take the majority of them off the shelf and put them on his flat bed cart. Goes up front to pay for them and original employee is still playing in the first aid kit. If this company does not hire staff with the understanding they are to actually be of assistance to it's customers it should be posted at the door so customers know to go somewhere else with their money

Over the 3 years I have lived in Cartersville, have had nothing but bad experiences with this Home Depot. Agree with several posters NOT to order appliances from here. Delivery was wrong and returning was ridicules. Involved multiple deliveries and pick-ups. They couldn't do it all at one time. Today was the last straw when I went in to pick-up something they showed as being in stock and having 9 of. Got there and no it wasn't. I was told it had be discontinued. This is the t

Got ready to checkout and noticed several contractors being checked out in the pro service area, while only self checkout available for the individual sales. As I approached cashier to assist she frowned and said well can you tell me what you have (as I had a large cart with much of it being molding which has to be measured to be priced). She frowned and started to scan one item when another cashier approached and asked if she had started the transaction. The first cashier lied to her and told her no. This second cashier looked at the cash register screen after the first walked off. She then took an accusatory tone with me and asked if I scanned something in an angry tone. I answered no. The new cashier then said something in regards to wanting to harm the first cashier and grumbled about her saying once she started a transaction she should finish it. She then asked me to hold all the boards upright while she sorted through them. As she added them, I got to be overloaded (like holding a tree of giant spaghetti sticks), and the boards started unfolding in a teepee shape on me. I continued struggling with the boards for several minutes managing to keep them from sliding everywhere . Meanwhile, another employee filled the cola cabinet next to me never offering his assistance. The cashier then said, in an unfriendly tone, you should have got one of the other type carts. She then said you can just put all those boards on the floor; without concerning herself to assist me. I struggled getting the boards to the floor without damaging them. I ran outside to the lumber end to get one of the other carts and returned with it. The cashier apologized to other patrons saying she was sorry about the mess and all the noise I was causing (not in a joking manner). She rang them up first while I picked up the boards. She did at least move some of the boards on my first cart to the second cart so there WAS that. As a former associate and long time customer this was the worst experience I have ever had at a store I really love. C'mon Cartersville! :^(

Three workers standing at the end of self checkouts talking and pointing people into self checkout. No registers open except line to return at customer service. Why can't at least one of the workers talking and pointing open a register? I had three long skinny items that would not fit in a bag, Did not need a cart,no place to lay them after scanned except on wet floor (very rainy day). Ughhh

Thank you to Old G (Old Greg) for helping us & being a blessing. You reminded me of my deceased dad with your love of life. Thank you for putting a smile on my face. Thank you to Wanda for your care & concern with our checkout experience. I tried to take the survey on the receipt but it kept kicking me out. Thank you again. Friendliest Home Depot around!

I am pretty upset and angry. For the second time, I ordered an appliance to be delivered from Home Depot. For the second time, after being told I had to be available during a 4hour window of their choosing, the delivery company does not show. They do not call, nothing. Just a now show. They don't work on Sundays, awesome....so guess they aren't going to make it up to me by bringing the dryer to me today!! I know that Home Depot contracts with them. But because you use them your are responsible for holding them accountable and making up for the inconveniences the company causes!! I probably will be making sure to use Lowe's from now on. Their installation and delivery service was here the day of and time of our appointment. How novel!!
