“I will never use another transmission shop. Terry done an amazing job rebuilding my transmission and had my truck in and out in a week. He’s a man of his word. I knew I had an oil leak but I didn’t know where it was or how bad it was and Terry called me and told me it was my rear main seal and asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and fix it while the transmission was already out and I told him yes. He showed me my old seal and explained to me in detail how and why they start leaking. Terry broke down what happened to my transmission and what caused the failure. If I could give 10 stars I would?”

“This place is one of the few for the customer places left in the US, for quality of builds and customer service and maintenance you won’t find a better transmission shop. I’ve referred many here and will continue to do so ! My truck’s transmission went out at 69k miles and they replaced it at a comparable price amongst other businesses with 150 miles and the truck has run better than when I bought it. They honor their warranties and take pride in their work !”

I have even sent my older mother down there alone and she has received the same treatment. Highly recommend this place.”

“I had a lot of bad experiences with repair shops in the past but Garrett Automotive is a cut above your average shops out there.
At the desk, Hannah and Courtney are very pleasant and courteous to work with as well as the guys in the shop.
The owner John is exceptionally knowledgeable of the industry and has a lifetime of old school know-how! Not the cheapest, but in this day and time you get what you pay for !
