  This gym is unparalleled in improving form and execution. In just a few sessions, I have been able to improve mobility in my shoulders, of which have been constricted for several years. I can perform specific routines correctly and pain free that previously seemed impossible. Beth is very skilled in identifying subtle issues in movement and in turn, correcting those issues. This gym welcome all skill and experience levels.
