The entire management and staff truly are willing to go above and beyond to help the community. Recently a foster dog got loose while in the store with their owner and escaped the building. While no fault to the store or team there they went above and beyond daily to support the local rescue team track and ultimately rescue the dog and bring her back into safety. Many businesses would turn a blind eye to this, but the team here is vested in the community they support and worked daily to help bring this girl back to safety. Great job!!!

Yesterday I came in to get my puppy shots the clinic was giving me so many problems but the manager at the store he made everything right I will be going back in will be giving them my business also wanted to let people know the clinic for the animals are different from tractor trailer supply I would give the clinic a bad review if I could

I don't understand why a good company would hire such a rude cashier. This was not a one time deal, the person is the grumpiest cashier I've ever met. If she is the only one there, I will walk out buying nothing.

I've never had a problem in the store but I used Petvet for the first time yesterday thinking it was "affordable" as they say. It was not affordable and the staff acted inexperienced an unorganized including the vet. I will not use again. The place had way to much scents going on. I thought they were trying to cover up a smell.

Staff always goes ABOVE and BEYOND! Became a regular a year ago and was new at owning chickens and ducks, so I asked lots and lots of questions starting out. The staff is incredibly helpful and very patient. The general manager always goes out of their way to help me load the car each time without asking for help. Being a regular customer it’s refreshing to have the same customer service each time I go in! All staff is friendly and the store stays clean, which is always a plus!

Customer service was awful and seemed to be targeting me as a black customer. 3 white women were at the register when I walked in the store and the tall one came from behind the register and was walking beside me talking about how she wants to be off on Sunday for church. She then asked me what I was looking for and when told instead of just telling me where the dog food was, she follows me to the aisle. Well I can't steal a 31 pound bag of dog food and I don't steal anyway. She puts it on the buggy and follows me back to the register pretending that someone had called her for help. I was standing in line and decided to use the self check out that 2 white customers had just used and she insisted that I be checked out by either her or another lady. As I was standing in line, several white customers came in and all the ladies just spoke to them and neither one of them followed any of the white customers like they did me. I won't be giving my money to this store again! Not a good place to shop for people of color! Open racist behavior!

Its been over 6 weeks and this store is still out of stock on certain items. Unbelievable, its not a supply chain issue. The products are easily found at other locations. This stores manager is slacking

I only left a 1 star because its the only way I could leave a review! Otherwise I wouldn't have even given it that! The Cartesville location of Tractor supply is the worst location anywhere! The rudest employees I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! I will drive from Bartow County to Cherokee Or Gilmer County to the Tractor Supply locations there before I will deal with the Cartesville location again! The one lady working the register should be let go immediately!
