“Went into Cloud 9 today with just some questions I was greeted by a very kind young lady who was educating me and instead of giving me an uncertain answer she called over her co-worker, either Cole or Colt, long hair, and this is the most knowledgeable man on everything from the peaks, pax, cartas, pulsar vaporizers and everything else I can’t even think of. He spent a good 20 minutes with me showing me how all the devices work, different styles and why the big brands although pricey save money in the long run and enhance your experience. I walked in with questions with no purchase intent and walked out $200+ later and I am very satisfied with my purchase and his instructions were so precise on the herbalizer I purchased I didn’t even need the directions and I’m 52 and was schooled by a young man around half my age. As I just moved from out of state this is the only shop I will ever go to as long as I live anywhere near it. Thank you Cole/Colt (my apologies if I got your name wrong) and the young lady with red hair.
