I keep trying to go back to this place because it’s so close to my house. The last time I went in these old Indian ladies came in cussing at me because of my tattoos and calling me rude names in Urdu/hindi…little did they know I understood what they were saying and the lady that worked there made them aware I was Pakistani and just giggled along.
Last time I went in she was super rude about how I was holding my eyelids (which I never have issues with) and wanted me to mess up my make up when I told her I needed to not mess it up, she was just rude.
Not planning on going here again. I’d rather drive to Neeta’s in Acworth. She is way more professional and way less pushy, never rude!

I have been coming here for about 6 or 7 years now, today while I visited the store to get my eyebrows done the lady seemed upset because I asked her to wax my brows and upper lip instead of taking the thread to them, when it came to waxing my brow she waxed one very unevenly( picture below) leaving like a huge hump in my brow. When it came to waxing my lip she ripped skin off a healing wound causing me to bleed a lot also a picture below, I told her I was bleeding and she said it’s okay and told me she saw the wound on my lip and still continued to wax near it..then handed me the tissue to clean it up and said you’re done…never even offered a sorry or anything of that sort.. I have never had this experience here in my life…and I’m very disappointed by today’s work.

Lady was nice. My eyebrows are uneven and still lots of strays. I know she didn’t mean to but she cut me above my eye with the thread & it hurt badly.

ive been here a few times and they do great and I'm a great tipper. recently, I've come on the hours they say they are open and they are closed and there are employees in their cars just watching. I'm not happy and this is a horrible way to run a business. my money will go elsewhere
