Thanks to Tillman, Austin and Matt for helping us find the perfect SUV for our business. Tillman was awesome to work with and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Matt checked on us numerous times over the course of the process to make sure we were receiving the best customer service possible. It’s easy to see that they have an owner who truly cares as well. ☆DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM TERRY REID HYUNDAI!☆We've had one issue after another over the last two years. Their response time and customer service skills are *woefully lacking* and have been since the day we signed the contract. Examples are too many to count, much less detail in writing, but here's just one to start. When we bought the car they couldn't find the second car key fob. We had to follow up for *months* before receiving it. They [finally] ended up ordering a replacement from the manufacturer. The dealership rep programmed the key fob to the car; however, the manual key had not been cut. It took me *weeks* of following up with them before they sent it to us.☆I repeat, DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM TERRY REID HYUNDAI!☆The reduced cost of the vehicle has been nullified in spades based on the amount of time I've spent calling, texting, and driving to and from the dealership!I would welcome a call from senior management, since the service advisor we've been working with for two years is no longer with the dealership, and the person I was redirected to was, once again, an unprofessional deadbeat.☆I repeat again, DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM TERRY REID HYUNDAI!☆

I came to Terry Reid looking for a good deal on a car; I came out with a great one. Unlike other dealers I visited, Terry Reid transparently offered the same pricing on-site as on their online store. They were upfront about addons and didn't make them required as part of the deal. With a small holiday week staff, they were still vastly more efficient turning around counteroffers than others with five to ten times the staff on hand, and they had a great family atmosphere with friendly faces in the service and parts department, too. If you're looking to buy, strongly consider Terry Reid.

THIS is by far the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. These people operate in pure EXCELLENCE and INTEGRITY!!! I drove over an hour today for an oil change this morning(I'm a client for life) which I ended up needing more services completed based on their inspection and everything they advised that I address immediately they SHOWED me and once I saw what they recommended I was like WOW. I would have never known and more expensive issues could have occurred later down the road. I'm very grateful that they SHOWED me and EXPLAINED the importance of addressing those additional issues instead of recommending I do something and have no clue what they're talking about. Terry Reid is the "Chic-Fil-A" of car dealerships??. PURE EXCELLENCE!! Thank you for servicing my vehicle and handling it with care ❤️. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I have had problems with this dealership over time, but they had always tried to work with me to solve the problem. Not today! After recently completing an online survey giving them poor marks for their service (2 of the 3 items they "fixed" presented themselves on my way home from the dealership), I received a phone call from their Service Manager (Wesley). Wesley did not ask about my experience. Instead, he asked, "Do you know who those surveys impact?" He did not seek to understand the problem. He did not seek to improve their performance. He simply wanted to hand the part to me (when it comes in) and have me go to another dealership. Surveys are supposed to let a company learn what they are doing right and what they are doing wrong. They should use them to understand the problems and fix them, not dismiss the customer because the survey may reflect poorly on them.

I have never been to a place like this before. Forget the quiet and distant employees of most places. These people are genuinely sweet, kind, and very considerate; they keep in touch with you to make sure you’re comfortable while your car is getting fixed. They have a coffee bar, food, and even a foosball table and a lounge that’s great! The thing that gets me is no matter how many times you come in to get you car fixed — you have the same amazing atmosphere they provide!!!

Have nothing to complain about this dealership whatsoever. They gave me the highest price on the trade in on my truck by the thousands compared to other dealerships, their vehicle price was very fair, and they even loaned me a vehicle while they sourced me a new car from a different dealership. Tillman my salesman was amazing, Teresa the customer service rep treated me and my wife like we were family, and Austin with financing helped me make an informed decision on what was best for me, not for the dealership. I was very impressed with my entire experience here at Terry Reid!

This morning I am having my oil changed! The excitement is that I have NEVER had a more enjoyment time as I waited. Theresa offered welcoming conversation with Coffee or tea and grits or oatmeal to go with it. Marcel made me feel confident that he was going to make sure my oil was changed, tires rotated and a recent recall would all be taken care of as I waited. And to top it all off one of the co-owners Claudia stopped and talked me and welcomed me to the family! Can I come back and just visit????

Amazing amazing amazing!!! I am so happy I chose to drive 3 hours to buy my new car from them. I was greeted by Anthony immediately.. he made sure I left that day with what I came for. I was very skeptical since I live in AL, but they made me feel like I was right at home. A huge S/O to Austin, he wrapped it all up for me and explained everything perfectly, no beating around the bush. I highly recommend this place!! 10/10 for sure!! Thanks again Anthony, Will, and Austin :) It's hard to find great service like this.

Will Bartels was our salesman and he saved us so much money on our vehicle. The best car sales we’ve ever experienced. We love our new Sante Fe 2.0 turbo fully loaded. Has every bell and whistle available for the model. On your next purchase go to Terry Hyundai in cartersville, Ga. They were the lowest in the state of Ga We looked for weeks online for this model and got very lucky to find in my hometown. Thank Joe & Carla

Fantastic dealership experience! My girlfriend just purchased her first car from here and everyone from Will (our salesman), Eric (sales manager), Austin (finance manager), and everyone else that greeted us were very kind and transparent. That’s absolutely what we were looking for and appreciate about Terry Reid Hyundai.We specifically purchased a new Hyundai Elantra Hybrid and couldn’t be happier with the car and the whole buying experience. I highly recommend coming especially to this Hyundai dealership because you’ll be in good hands and won’t feel all the stress and pressure there usually is from most other dealerships.To everyone at the dealership, thank you guys again and I’ll be recommending everyone I know to here!

Each and every person at the dealership was warm and welcoming. The team’s camaraderie made it clear that customer service was the goal and ego building was not. No folks pushing us into a purchase before we were ready.We walked away with our new car with no surprises, hidden or extra fees, or features we didn’t want or need.Great team, great experience! I brought my vehicle in for a recall alarm service update and since my brake lights have remained on. The whole experience was ridiculous. I came in at 9:00am and was told it takes 30 minutes to an hour and a half and that if it was longer they would call me. At 1:20pm mind you they close at 2:00pm I still didn't have a call and when I called I had to leave a message. I ended up calling again and decided to pick the car sales option and they had the service department call me back. I called trying to get them to take a look at it was was told they couldn't get to it for a week. I spoke to two gentlemen about coming and both were very uncaring and said there was no way anything could be related. My car was fine before the update and I found two small black piece (parts) on the floorboard of my drivers side after the service which I still have. The entire time I was there for service all they did was try to sell me another car and tell me I should get a new one etc and I feel this dealership is engaging in unfair business practices and intentionally making things go wrong with your car to try to get you to purchase a new one.
