Took my wife's Kona in for an oil change. The service manager and I talked about old cars and oil changes and the younger advisor was super cordial and nice. In and out in under 30 minutes. GREAT experience with service.

Currenrtly getting ripped off. I'm paying for labor that corporate paid them to do. An additional two hours of labor to unbox a new water pump instead of putting the old one on. An hour extra to replace a thermostat when the entire engine was out of the car. An hour to unscrew spark plugs that were already exposed to swap the head. When I asked about labor overlap and for a breakdown I was given a hand typed email with final prices quoted so that I would not see how much extra labor they were charging me, and even after coming in and expressing my concerns in person because it felt like I was getting fleeced I still was not given a breakdown, I was told I can only see it at the end. This engine was out of the vehicle and being repaired which was paid for by corporate, so anything I asked for in addition was not standard work, it was basically bench work because you couldn't get to components any easier than this. Giving me standard price in this case was absurd. 2 hours to replace a water pump on an engine that was out of the vehicle and which was detached from all it's other components is ludicrous. If it took your best mechanic (service advisors claim) 2 hours to perform this, then I would hate to see your worst.
And it's interesting that you claim in your reply that the components had been confirmed to be damaged because according to your service advisor they weren't removed, so how were they confirmed to have been damaged by debris?

Went in not expecting to find anything in our budget as we were looking to buy our daughter’s first car, the manager said find what she likes and we will make it make sense!
That’s just what they did.
They truly make buying a car such a smooth process, family first and very accommodating.
We would recommend anyone starting here when looking to purchase a new or used car!

I get regular maintenances work done at Terry Reid. Oil changes, a radiator flush, injector cleaning or alignment. The service people are (and I’m just going to say it) friendly and helpful. They will remind me what I might have forgotten to have done but are not pushy to get it done then. It’s a good place to go to for service.

Had annual service done on my 2021 Palisade, arrived early and they got me in and out quickly......I have bought 4 cars from them and have always been treated fairly....Austin even stopped by the lounge to say HI......!!

Let me preface by saying that I love the car I got from this dealership. However, the scheduled maintenance was not performed on it as they claimed (oil change, tire alignment, etc).
My two-star review is entirely due to the customer service provided at this dealership. During the purchasing process, there was no sense of urgency from anyone despite more than five salespeople being on the floor. Everyone "working" was simply sitting around on their phones and didn't attempt to help myself or other customers. You would think that it would be a priority to make deals, connect with customers and actually sell the cars on property.
My roommate and I arrived at 11am to test drive two cars. The salesperson who initially helped us, Patrick Sanders, was unhelpful, unenthusiastic and kept leaving us stranded to help us customers despite there being many other employees on the floor (again, doing absolutely nothing!). He would constantly walk away and be gone for 20-30 minutes while leaving us sitting at his desk wondering what was going on. He knew very little about the cars we were interested in and seemed uninterested in closing the deal.
The financing process took FOREVER and they ran four hard inquiries on my credit without notifying me. Random additional charges were added to the final price, including the "Terry Reid Advantage Bundle." When I asked what this was and if it could be removed, they were vague about its purpose and said it was automatically added to all purchases. Pretty scammy.
We waited to purchase this car for FIVE HOURS despite me stating numerous times that I had to leave by 3pm. We drove over an hour from Alpharetta to get there and they promised me I'd be done way before 3pm. Again, I can't state enough the lack of urgency in a single employee at this dealership.
During the purchasing process, they claimed the car would be detailed, a protective coat would be applied, and that the gas tank would be filled. Apparently, no one was in the detailing department this day so they let me leave with a dirty car. They claim that they will be in touch to reschedule another day to detail but I haven't heard anything back from them at all. I will never recommend this dealership nor purchase from them ever again.

I had some concerns and questions about my daughter's Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and I had the opportunity to speak with Wesley. I am not sure if I will have the car serviced since it is 10 years old, and anything dealing with the hybrid battery can be expensive. However, speaking with the adviser, Wesley, I would tell you, he was very kind and patient. I know it's almost impossible to give recommendations without actually diagnosing the car, but he did provide me with some good and honest input, as far as I can tell. I really appreciated Wesley for taking the time and explaining some things that we discussed today.

Fantastic experience. Very friendly and communicative. Mikayla made sure we were comfortable while at the dealership and confirmed my appointment multiple times. Not pushy or disingenuous. Austin was great as well. Incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
