Caution: I bought a galaxy 6 watch from this store and I've been experiencing numbness in my hand and finger tip pain. I tried to return it on the 15th day but the manager wouldn't allow me to, because it was a day late. They are desperate for sales and money hungry so they do not participate in buyer's remorse. So if you buy one and feel any discomfort in your hand return it within the 14 day period. Note: if you purchase from t-mobile over the phone they are more lenient.

Been with T-Mobile for over 10 years never had a bad experience like I had at this store, the representative and manager treated me like a criminal when all I asked is if they had a phone in stock because I was trying to upgrade

I had such an easy and enjoyable experience at this location yesterday! They were slammed being right after Christmas, but got to me in a timely manner! The store manager was super helpful with picking out a watch best for me and my budget! She was super friendly and I highly recommend the store and service!

Waited an hour just for them to tell me they couldn't help me cancel my phone plan with them today. Went to Verizon and they helped me immediately and I was able to switch over the same day with no problem. They showed me how to end my plan with T-mobile too! in a few easy steps! I didn't like the service I had with T-mobile when I used my phone and also didn't enjoy my experience in person either.

Horribly slow service. Made me wait for an hour or so for a five minute task. Lauren, especially could not care less. Walked past me multiple times, without even the standard greetings. Will think twice before coming to this location again.

T moblie is the worst phone company that they are bill is never the same I had to call each month about my bill its been 180$ to 147 $ they say it will be 110 and its never been 110 stay away from. T moblie totally suxs

I don’t remember the name of the guy that helped me (tattoo on inner left forearm), but he was awesome. He helped me transfer my lines over and was super friendly. Thank you for a fast and great customer experience

My husband and I were there 2/27/23. We had a wonderful experience with Paul. We were going to leave T-Mobile today. However, our encounter with Paul totally changed our mind. His interpersonal skills, product knowledge & professionalism were worthy of more than 5stars.
