Horrible service!!!! Do not do business with safelite auto glass made an appt, waited 4 day with a busted side glass window only for the guy putting the window in while I was at work to not show up or contact me or anything, and the people at the office wouldn’t answer the phone for me or the cooperate office to figure out what was goin on will never call safelite for anything else and on top of that my local automotive glass shop rushed me in the next morning and replace the window $110 cheaper so always check local

I don't leave reviews very often but the service my wife and I received was beyond exceptional. Nearly 2 years after having safelite replace our windshield I noticed the trim was loose along the edges of the window. Wasn't expecting much when I called safelite about it since it had been so long but they did not even hesitate to schedule someone to come out and address the issue at no charge! I didn't even have to raise my voice or anything. They just did it! Businesses, especially larger international businesses, just don't do that anymore. Thank you guys for doing such a great job and standing behind the work you do!

Service was amazing!!! They did great work in repairing my windshield and the communication during the whole process was detailed and constant. Would definitely recommend again!!!

I scheduled the appt and had to wait two weeks.
They sent plenty of messages confirming.
Waited all morning, no show, no call.
Very unprofessional. Won't use again.

I had the rear passengers window replaced today and 100% would not recommend this place they put in a different brand glass they did not give me an option on the glass and no one told me it would be OEE glass, not OEM and when I looked at my door, there were multiple pieces of hard plastic that look like they have been pried back and will not go back into their original place also when I close my door I still hear broken glass they didn’t even get out what was broken they just put a new window in 0 out of 5 stars for me absolutely worst service you could get ??

Tim was great. Arrived ahead of time. Loved that. He finished in an hour or so. Love my new windshield and wiper blades. Highly recomend.

I just had a windshield replaced at the Cartersville GA Safelite and I couldn't be happier with the professional service I received. Had my front windshield replaced at the Cartersville location yesterday. New Windshield was installed good. However, the was still broken glass from my previous broken windshield on my floor board, front seat and dashboard. Should have definitely been cleaned up better.
