Have been here 2 times first time the husband was working his very rude and snippy. But his wife let me try a new chocolate coffee can drink called Rebel anyway she was right I ended up buying 2 4 packs for $4.99 each running a special she said. Thanks for the shot !

The owner needs to work on his personal skills, very rude. Not friendly, doesn't want to answer any questions about his products. All you're doing is sitting behind a counter doing nothing.... I buy lots of pricy bottles of rare liquors, your loss of a good customer.

The couple that runs this place are some of the most honest and kind people I've ever met. They have a great selection, and if they don't have what you want, VJ (owner) will find a way to get it for you. I cannot recommend Royal Spirits enough.

I have never experience such an unpleasant treatment as a customer in my life until I went to that store. The woman kept asking in a condescending tone can I help you with something? After explaining her I didn't need her 3 times help. She screamed at me in front the whole store with other customers. Do you need something and suggesting I may be doing something else in her store. I just got out from the embarrassment. I don't know if she did that because I'm from another country or if I look a certain way. But what an awful feeling, if you will treat people like that just close it, what a rude person.

Second time I’ve been there and asked for help, the middle aged man had an attitude. Made smart remarks as well because I didn’t have my glasses on and couldn’t see. The older man and the ladies in there are sweethearts though
